LOGISTIC & MATERIALS CONTROL

• Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil, Mechanical or related field

  • Preferably having knowledge of Solar Power Plant

  • Experience in solar industry, logistic industry

  • Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances

  • Working experience with relevant software (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Office)

  • Good communication skills in English both oral and written

• Job Description:

  • Establish effective communication with suppliers and customers to schedule deliveries, monitor timelines, and promptly resolve any issues

  • Monitor delivery schedules and adjust as necessary to meet changing demands

  • Assess and control inventory levels, implement tracking systems, and collaborate with teams to ensure products are delivered on time

  • Monitor the status of deliveries and proactively address any delays or disruptions

ASSET MANAGEMENT (O&M) ENGINEER

• Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics Engineering, Energy Conversion or equivalent

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role

  • Have experience in Solar & Renewable Energy Sector (will be plus)

  • Preferably having knowledge of Solar Power Plant

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Agile, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments

  • Possess a growth mindset, always eager to learn and improve

  • Proficiency in english is a must

• Job Description:

  • Supervise and maintain SESNA’s assets, including operators, to ensure optimal asset performance and compliance with safety standards

  • Create maintenance reports and analyze them to identify trends, issues, and areas requiring corrective actions or improvements

  • Monitor and analyze performance data from photovoltaic (PV) systems, and track energy output, efficiency, and other relevant metrics to identify potential improvements

  • Ensure that maintenance activities and asset performance meet client expectations

  • Ensure the maximum performance of the PV Plants and a PV Plant downtime

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in electrical project management

  • Proficient in electrical engineering software such as ETAP, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar tools

  • Solid understanding of construction phases and electrical system inspection standards

  • Willing and able to work on-site during the construction phase

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with both contractors and clients

  • Willing to travel to project sites if required

  • Supervise on-site activities during the construction phase to ensure project alignment

  • Act as a liaison between the project team, contractors, and clients to maintain clear communication and resolve technical issues
