PV ENGINEER

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Electrical Engineering, Physics Engineering, or equivalent
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Familiar with PV System simulation software such as PVSyst. Helioscope, Homer
• Preferably having knowledge of Solar Power Plant
• Good analytical skill, skillful and adaptive.
• Good communication in English

Job description:

• Conduct Site Survey and Site Assessment for potential solar PV feasibility
• Develop and design solar PV System
• Create models or simulations for solar PV system
• Provide all technical documents & calculation for PV System projects
• Create BOM
• Conduct Quality Check & Quality Control with site inspection for PV System installation
• Plus Point if you
• Familiar with Electrical software such as ETAP or DigSilent

ASSET MANAGEMENT (O&M) ENGINEER

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics Engineering, Energy Conversion or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Have experience in Solar & Renewable Energy Sector (will be plus)
• Preferably having knowledge of Solar Power Plant
• Strong analytical skills.
• Agile, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
• Possess a growth mindset, always eager to learn and improve.
• Proficiency in english is a must

Job description:

• Supervise and maintain SESNA’s assets, including operators, to ensure optimal asset performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Create maintenance reports and analyze them to identify trends, issues, and areas requiring corrective actions or improvements.
• Monitor and analyze performance data from photovoltaic (PV) systems, and track energy output, efficiency, and other relevant metrics to identify potential improvements.
• Ensure that maintenance activities and asset performance meet client expectations.
• Ensure the maximum performance of the PV Plants and a PV Plant downtime.
• Supervise contractors during maintenance activities.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management within EPC, Renewable Energy, or Power Construction industries.
• Technical knowledge of Solar PV systems (modules, inverters, mounting structures, and electrical systems).
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Willing to travel to project sites, including remote areas; a valid driver’s license is an advantage.

Job description:

• Plan and manage project schedules including timeline, milestones, and resource allocation using tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Inspect contractor works to ensure compliance with design drawings, technical specifications,
• and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis.
• Act as a liaison between the project team, contractors, and clients to maintain clear communi-cation and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure project execution aligns with the scheduled timeline, budget, and quality expectations
