We are looking for

Manager Marketing – Jakarta

Key Responsibilites:

• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Lead promotional campaigns and business development initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance, KPI, and customer acquisition effectiveness.
• Lead and develop the Sales & Marketing team to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

• Master Degree (Marketing, Management, or MBA).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing, preferably in ISP, Telecommunications, FMCG, or Digital Services.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, market expansion, and business growth strategies.
• Analytical mindset with excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of FTTH, broadband services, and network concepts is a plus.
• Able to thrive in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
