Human Resources Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (K3L) regulations and
- actively participate in K3L activities and initiatives
- Handle, execute, and manage all activities of operational HR not limited to HR Planning, Organization, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefit, Training and People Development, Industrial Relation and HR Services
- Handle and update HRIS database and data management continuously and accurately
- Handle and maintain employee data accuracy as employee’s timekeeping registration and its records,
- employee’s employment agreement, employee personal data dan others HR documentations Maintain a well-structured filling system and documentation in purpose internal and external audit
- Handle the employee lifecycle processes including hiring, transfers, promotions, rotations, employee benefits, leave, attendance administration, industrial relation and other HR services activities
- Collaborate with all section in Human Resources to ensure the smoothness of HR activities
- Generate and maintain regular HR reports, support data analysis initiatives, and other required reports
- Maintain and ensure the services of HR are delivered efficiently and professionally
- Ensure and implement Company Regulation and other policies & procedures
Mobile Maintenance Instructor
Responsibilities
- Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (K3L) regulations and play an active role in K3L activities and initiatives
- Design, deliver, and evaluate effective training programs for Mobile Maintenance personnel
- Facilitate classroom, practical, and on-the-job training for Mobile Maintenance personnel
- Assess skills and knowledge against competency standards to identify development needs
- Conduct competency assessments and provide targeted feedback to enhance skill growth
- Prepare, update, and maintain training materials for Mobile Maintenance disciplines
- Ensure training meets operational standards, company policies, and legal regulations
Training Officer
Responsibilities
- Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (K3L) regulations and play an
- active role in K3L activities and initiatives
- Identify skill gaps needed for the development of individual and organizational capabilities
- Determine the types of training activities required by the organization/company using a Training Needs Analysis approach
- Facilitate both technical and non-technical training sessions as planned, ensuring that training targets areachieved
- Prepare, organize, and execute all planned training activities, including scheduling, trainers, training
- materials, learning spaces, and other related aspects Maintain accurate and well-organized training records related to training activities, including certifications
- Conduct evaluations of completed training programs in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Control and ensure that certification documents remain valid and are well documented
- Monitor regulatory developments and updates to training standards and compliance in the mining industry
- Coordinate training or apprenticeship programs related to the company’s operational activities and needs
HR Officer – Services
Responsibilities
- Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (K3L) regulations and play an active role in K3L activities and initiatives
- Supervise the timekeeping and attendance management system to ensure data accurac
- Execute end-to-end payroll administration, including attendance validation, overtime calculation, and accurate and timely processing of allowaaccurances
- Manage employee benefits programs, such as insurance, sosial security, and other company provided facilities
- Maintain workforce management data using HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality while upholding the company’s value
- Ensure all HR service processes comply with applicable Company Regulations and other internal company policies
- Prepare and generate regular HR report, and support internal and external audits with complete documentation
- Provide responsive and professional services in handling employee inquiries or complaints related to payroll, insurance, and other company benefits, delivering clear communication and accurate information
