Qualifications

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Chemical) or equivalent experience.

2. At least 1 year working experience within FMCG/Food Industry

3. Fresh Graduate with Internships within FMCG or Food Industry are welcome to apply

4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.

5. Fast and decisive problem-solving skills with a focus on finding effective solutions.

6. Willingness to work within a rotating 3-shift system.

7. Fit to work and willing to be placed in the Karawang Barat area,

Job Description

1. Motivate and lead a team of production personnel, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

2. Oversee daily operations to achieve production targets and maintain consistent quality control.

3. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.

4. Swiftly troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure smooth operations.

5. Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for the team.
