Kegiatan Usaha- Perusahaan ini fokus pada layanan EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction), yaitu: Engineering (perancangan), Desain fasilitas industri (pabrik, kilang, dll), Procurement (pengadaan), Pengadaan material, alat, dan teknologi, Construction (konstruksi), Pembangunan fasilitas industri skala besar. Selain itu, mereka juga menyediakan: Manajemen proyek, Konsultasi teknis, Maintenance (perawatan fasilitas industri).

Fokus Industri-PT Chiyoda International Indonesia banyak bergerak di sektor: Minyak & gas (oil and gas), Petrokimia, Energi (termasuk LNG & energi terbarukan), Infrastruktur industri, Lingkungan & pengolahan limbah. Peran & Proyek- Perusahaan ini terlibat dalam proyek-proyek besar di Indonesia, terutama di sektor energi. Contohnya: Proyek smelter tembaga di Gresik bersama PT Freeport Indonesia→ berperan sebagai kontraktor EPC dalam pembangunan fasilitas pengolahan logam. Peran mereka biasanya sebagai: Kontraktor utama (EPC contractor), Bukan investor, tetapi pelaksana proyek.

TAX MANAGER

(TAX-MGR)

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage all tax matters, including corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and transfer pricing documentation, etc
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities and or external parties included client, vendor/subcontractor
  • Ensure timely statutory reporting and compliance with local regulations
  • Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and governance standards
  • Lead and manage tax-related projects and business initiatives, including tax audits, tax due diligence, tax
  • memorandum, and formal tax responses
  • Analyse tax implications to support both technical assessments and strategic business decisions

 

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation (Fiscal), Business, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of relevant tax experience, with at least 3 years in a Tax Manager role.
  • Experience in either a tax consulting firm or an EPCI company.
  • Have valid certification of Brevet A-B
  • Business-level English proficiency, both written and spoken,
  • Extensive knowledge of Indonesian taxation particularly in Engineering Procurement Construction Installation (EPCI) company.
  • Proficient in tax compliance, preparation, and reporting, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to work independently while supporting teamwork.
  • Strong expertise in tax audits and reviewing tax reporting, including experience in managing tax disputes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A combination of experience in both a tax consulting firm and an EPCI company.
  • Familiarity with transfer pricing principles and international taxation
  • Experience in various due diligence work and business structuring is an asset.
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Have valid certification of Brevet C
  • Have valid certification as a Tax Consultant (USKP).
