L1 SUPPORT ENGINEERS

REQUIREMENTS

• Min 1 Year experience
• Basic GCP & On-Prem Knowledge Application deployment knowledge, CI CD pipeline
• Monitoring & Incident Support Handle alerts, logs, and outages effectively.
• Basic Mobile App Support Troubleshoot Flutter/Native app issues (crashes, API errors).
• Troubleshooting Skills Diagnose issues across app, API, backend, and infra layers.
• Communication Coordinate with teams and document incidents clearly.

DATA ENGINEER

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer or Business Intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of Data Engineering, ETL, and Data Warehouse concepts.
• Proficient in Python.
• Experience with AWS (Glue, Redshift, Step Functions, S3, Athena, etc.).
• Good SQL skills (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).

IT CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in IT Contract Management, Vendor Management, Procurement, Compliance, or related areas.
• Experience in managing contract records, documentation, and contract lifecycle
• Familiar with contract renewal, amendment, and expiry monitoring
• Basic understanding of IT governance, compliance, audit, and TPRM
• Experience supporting vendor assessments and audit documentation
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Good communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years work experience as a project manager in information system development
• Minimum education of a bachelor’s degree (S1) in Informatics/Computer Engineering, IPK minimum 3,00
• Proficient in project management, including planning, managing, and executing projects effectively
• Mastery of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other methodologies
• Ability to create schedules, manage resources, and monitor project progress
• Able to identify risks and manage project risks
• Able to identify issues or obstacles that arise within the project
• Able to facilitate change management in projects
• Have knowledge about the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

QATESTER CORE BANKING

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a software quality assurance role.
• Direct experience testing within a core banking environment is required.
• Familiarity with the Temenos platform is a significant advantage.

Technical Skills:

• QA Methodologies: Strong understanding of software testing principles, Practices, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Core Banking Navigation: Ability to navigate and understand core banking modules (e.g., Customer, Account, FT, Credit).
• Test Management Tools: Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr).
• Database: Basic knowledge of SQL for querying databases to perform data validation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year experience as QA
• Minimum Bachelor degree IT related
• Minimum IPK 2.75
• Technical Skills:

FULLSTACK DEVELOPER (JUNIOR)

SYSTEM ANALYST

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in the banking or fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and message-based integration.
• Familiarity with Indonesian payment rails (RTGS, SKN, BI-FAST), SWIFT, and Bank Indonesia’s SNAP standards.
• Proven experience in creating API specifications, sequence diagrams, and technical integration documentation (BRD/SOP).
• Solid understanding of core banking system concepts (e.g., Temenos or similar platforms) and integration methods via real-time or batch services.
• Familiarity with supporting infrastructure components, including API Gateways (e.g., Gravitee/Kong), IAM (Keycloak/LDAP), caching (Redis), and file storage systems (MinIO/NFS/SFTP).
