Project Engineering (Aviation)

Placement: Pondok Cabe Airport, South Tangerang

Job description:

• Collaborate in all the different project phases, from defining technical, operational and user requirements, through to planning, quality control and testing & debugging.
• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, customers and internal department, to meet objectives and requirements, plan, monitor and control the project, including carrying out the implementation of the project.
• Prepare cost estimation, budget, control report and other technical documentation when required.
• Hands-on and assist in the installation, buy off, supporting of projects internally and at customer sites, and other technical activities when required.
• Assist in monitoring of projects, prepare reports on project progress and ensure project schedule is being met.
• Must have regular attendance and be able to work overtime when needed Any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (51) in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Graduate from overseas University is a plus.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experiences in Aerospace Industry is preferable.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Good analytical, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in operational, site-based, and project-driven environments.
• Willing to work onsite in South Tangerang.

Procurement Officer

Placement: Pondok Cabe Airport, South Tangerang

Job description:

• Identify, sourcing, and select reliable suppliers based on the materials and services requirement.
• Conduct supplier performance review.
• Prepare and process purchase request and purchase orders.
• Negotiate prices, terms and conditions to achieve optimal benefit for the company.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services in accordance to project timeline.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortage.
• Uphold strict compliance with our procurement policies and procedures.
• Oversee warranty claims process to maintain service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance for audit purposes.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field; a degree in Engineering or a related field would be a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a related field.
• Good understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor selection, quotation comparison, negotiation, and purchase order management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Able to manage procurement documents and maintain accurate purchasing records.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with other related teams.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Payroll Officer

Placement: HQ, Central Jakarta

Job description:

• Support monthly payroll processing using Talenta, including data verification and payroll reconciliation.
• Coordinate with HR teams to ensure accurate employee payroll data and changes.
• Support PPh 21, BPJS, and statutory reporting and payments.
• Handle employee reimbursements, insurance enrollment, and benefit claims.
• Prepare payroll reports and audit documentation.
• Support salary and benefits benchmarking and market research.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in end-to-end payroll using an HRIS system (e.g., Talenta, SAP, etc.). Proficiency in using Talenta is a plus point.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and data formatting.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, PPh 21, and BPJS regulations.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Having a tax brevet A&B certificate is a plus.
