• Develop affiliate strategies and recruit qualified affiliates
• Set affiliate criteria based on GMV, followers & content quality
• Supervise negotiations, barter programs and affiliate approvals

• Manage top affiliates and improve sales performance

Requirement

• D3/S1 in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields

• Intermediate Excel and affiliate performance reporting skills.

CONTENT CREATOR STAFF

Job Description

• Develop creative content aligned with brand, campaign & sales goals.
• Create engaging hooks, scripts, storylines & CTAs.
• Coordinate with talents, KOLs & internal teams for content production.
• Manage and select footage & creative assets.
• Produce and edit video & visual content, mainly using CapCut.
• Ensure content follows brand guidelines & platform policies.
• Publish and schedule content based on the content calendar.
• Optimize content to improve engagement, conversion & GMV.
• Monitor content performance and provide reports & improvement.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia, or related fields.

Requirement

• Age 19-23 years old
• High school/vocational school or university graduate
• Majoring in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Graphic Design, Communication
• Studies, or a related field
• Passionate about social media and content creation
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Having a portfolio is a big plus!

INTERNSHIP ADMIN LOGISTIC

Job Description

• Assist with order processing and courier pick-up scheduling
• Prepare shipping labels and update shipment records
• Monitor delivery status and follow up on delivery issues
• Assist with return, damage and loss claims
• Update shipment and return data in Ecount ERP
• Organize logistics documents and courier reports

Requirement

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Logistics, Administration, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of logistics and order processing
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills; ERP/WMS experience is a plus
