Bidang Usaha- PT Merdeka Copper Gold bergerak di beberapa kegiatan utama: Eksplorasi mineral Mencari dan meneliti potensi tambang baru seperti: emas, tembaga, perak, logam lainnya. Penambangan (mining), Mengambil mineral dari dalam bumi menggunakan teknologi tambang modern. Pengolahan mineral- Mengolah bijih tambang menjadi produk yang siap dijual seperti: emas batangan, copper cathode (tembaga murni). Pengembangan baterai kendaraan listrik- Melalui anak perusahaan yang mengelola tambang nikel dan bahan baku baterai kendaraan listrik.

Skala dan Peran di Industri- PT Merdeka Copper Gold termasuk perusahaan tambang besar di Indonesia dengan: Nilai pasar sekitar Rp100 triliun (perkiraan 2025), Operasi tambang di Jawa, Sulawesi, dan Maluku, Kontribusi besar pada produksi emas dan tembaga nasional. Perusahaan ini juga berperan dalam rantai pasok global mineral penting, terutama untuk industri teknologi dan kendaraan listrik.

Dispatch Engineer

Responsibilities

• Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (K3L) regulations and actively participate in K3L activities and initiatives
• Receive, review, and coordinate verbal and written maintenance requests from Operations and other departments, ensuring timely assignment to the appropriate maintenance team
• Execute the maintenance work management process by assessing maintenance events, determining work
• requirements, assigning priorities, creating work requests, and maintaining accurate maintenance records Coordinate maintenance execution with Planning and execution teams by creating work requests,
• generating unscheduled work orders, updating equipment status, maintaining operational systems, and ensuring effective communication throughout the maintenance process
• Coordinate maintenance and operation during equipment handover for service and after service to ensure effective handover and recorded accurately
• Record and confirm accurate maintenance event in downtime, action conducted, time stamps, failure modes
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly equipment performance and maintenance KPI
• Provide input to planning, as appropriate, to improve maintenance planning accuracy in resource planning, Execution and quality parameters
• Propose and execute Maintenance area annual operating budget and develop initiatives to meet Process
• Plant cost improvement target to ensure the effectiveness of cost spending

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related engineering disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dispatch Engineer, Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Engineer, or similar role within mining, mineral processing, smelter, cement, power generation, or other heavy industries
• Strong knowledge of Fixed Plant Maintenance
• Proficient in using CMMS or equivalent maintenance software
• Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong reporting and data analysis capabilities
• Willing to be assigned to the Pani Gold Mine site location with a scheduled and working hours determined by the company
