PT Bintan Offshore Marine Centre (BOMC) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang fasilitas pelabuhan dan layanan pendukung industri offshore (lepas pantai), terutama untuk sektor: Minyak & gas (oil & gas),  Maritim & perkapalan,  Engineering & proyek offshore. BOMC bukan sekadar perusahaan biasa, tapi lebih ke pusat fasilitas terpadu (integrated offshore hub). Tujuannya: Menurunkan biaya proyek offshore, Meningkatkan efisiensi logistik, Menyediakan fasilitas lengkap dalam satu lokasi, Fasilitas ini berada di: Kawasan free trade zone (FTZ), Dekat Singapura (±60 menit ferry), Bintan Offshore Marine Centre. Pelabuhan & Logistik Offshore – Bongkar muat alat berat & material proyek, Penyimpanan (warehouse & laydown area), Distribusi logistik. Basecamp Proyek (Marshalling Yard) – Tempat persiapan proyek offshore, Area staging sebelum dikirim ke lokasi laut. Vessel & Rig Services – Mobilisasi / demobilisasi kapal, Penyimpanan kapal (stacking), Dukungan operasional kapal.

Fabrikasi & Engineering – Pembuatan dan perakitan struktur logam, Welding & fabrication, Perbaikan peralatan offshore. Port Agency & Marine Services – Pengurusan kapal (crew, izin, logistik), Supply bahan bakar, air, dan kebutuhan kapal, Manajemen limbah & lingkungan. Fasilitas & Infrastruktur. Beberapa keunggulan fisik BOMC: Pelabuhan air dalam (deep water berth),  Area luas hingga ±100 hektar, Area anchorage (parkir kapal) besar, Workshop & area fabrikasi,  Gudang & area logistik. Peran Strategis – BOMC punya posisi penting karena: Menghubungkan:Indonesia (Bintan), Singapura (hub logistik global).

Key Responsibilitim

Build & Lead Cost Control Framework

• Estabish and continuously improve she-hased cast control processes, tools, and reporting structures Drive cost discipline across al departments and projects from mobilisation through
• to completion Embed a culture of accountability for cost ownership across operations

Cost Monitoring & Financial Control

• Monitor all alte and project expenditures againat approved budgets and forecasts Track actual coste, identify variances and proactively highlight risks and
• opportunties Ensure accurate allocation of all costs to correct coat codes and projects.
• Verify and identify the related project ocat for vendur invokes
• Maintain integrated biling report on project basis and ensure its billed correctly for Intercompany or external parties

Reporting & Forecasting

• Deliver clear, timely daly, week, and monthly cost reports to Senior Management
• Analyse cost trends, deviations, and performance drivers
• Maintain rolling forecasts aligned to operational progress and commercial realties

Commercial & Financial Assurance

• Support development of project budgets, cost estimates, and financial planning. Inputs
• Ensure all financial activities align with company policies, controls, and audt
• requirements Support Project Lessons Learnt and Assessment Process

Analysis & Improvement

• Conduct root cause analisis on cost ovemuns and inefficiencies Recommend and drive corredive actions with operational teams

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Indonesia Citizen
• Minimum Diploma discipline Finance. Accounting or related.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis in operational environmenta
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial mode ling, tracking, reporting)
• Strong analytical mindset with confidence to challenge and influence
• High attention to detail with a focus on compliance and audit readiness
• Proficient in wetten and spoken Engish: Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia required
• Strong understanding of PT. Bintan Offshore Marine Centre Operations
