Lowongan Institut Teknologi PLN (ITPLN)

Institut Teknologi PLN (ITPLN) adalah perguruan tinggi swasta yang berfokus pada bidang energi, ketenagalistrikan, dan teknologi. Kampus ini berada di bawah naungan PT PLN (Persero), sehingga memiliki keterkaitan kuat dengan industri energi nasional. ITPLN merupakan hasil pengembangan dari STT-PLN (Sekolah Tinggi Teknik PLN) yang kemudian ditingkatkan statusnya menjadi institut.

ITPLN bertujuan untuk: Mencetak tenaga profesional di bidang energi dan kelistrikan, Mendukung kebutuhan SDM untuk industri listrik nasional, Mengembangkan teknologi energi berkelanjutan (renewable energy). ITPLN memiliki beberapa fakultas utama:  Fakultas Ketenagalistrikan dan Energi Terbarukan. Fakultas Teknologi dan Bisnis Energi, Fakultas Telematika Energi.

Electrical Engineer

Key Highlights:

• Work on power distribution, cabling, and grounding systems
• Interpret technical drawings & single line diagrams (SLD)
• Support site execution and coordination with project teams

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or
• related field
• 1-3 years of experience in electrical engineering within construction or industrial projects
• Strong understanding of power distribution systems, panel systems, cabling, and grounding
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, shop.
• drawings, and SLD
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a project/site
• environment.

Mechanical Engineer

Key Highlights:

• Support HVAC, cooling, and piping system installation
• Interpret drawings and technical specifications
• Assist in testing, inspection, and commissioning

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in mechanical engineering within construction or industrial projects
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, cooling systems, piping, and fire protection
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Experience in site coordination and installation works is preferred

Lifting Engineer

Key Highlights:

• Develop lifting plans, load calculations, and equipment setup
• Perform technical evaluation and risk assessment (JSA)
• Supervise lifting execution and coordinate with site teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in lifting operations or heavy equipment handling
• Strong understanding of lifting plans, rigging, crane operations, and load calculations
• Familiar with risk assessment (JSA) and K3 safety standards
• Able to interpret technical drawings, lifting diagrams, and method statements
• Certification (Lifting/Rigger / BNSP) is an advantage

ICT Engineer

Key Highlights:

• Install, configure, and maintain ICT systems within data center environments
• Support network infrastructure, structured cabling, and communication systems
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot network & connectivity issues
• Support testing, commissioning, and system documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunication, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in ICT, network, or infrastructure roles
• Strong understanding of networking, structured cabling. and IT systems
• Familiar with network devices (router, switch, firewall) and system integration
• Experience in data center or critical infrastructure projects. is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills

Finance & Accounting

Key Highlights:

• Record daily financial transactions accurately and timely
• Prepare journal entries, general ledger, and reconciliation
• Support financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
• Handle AP/AR, invoicing, and vendor payment coordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting/Finance
• 1-3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (Accurate, Zahir, Jurnal, etc.)
• Familiar with Coretax system and basic financial reporting
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under
• deadline-driven environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
