PT Layar Nusantara Gas (LNG) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di industri minyak dan gas bumi, khususnya pada sektor midstream gas seperti pengolahan, transportasi, dan pengelolaan gas alam cair (LNG). Perusahaan ini merupakan bagian dari Genting Energy, divisi energi dari Genting Group, sebuah konglomerasi internasional yang memiliki bisnis di berbagai sektor energi di Asia. Perusahaan ini berperan dalam rantai nilai gas alam, terutama pada tahap pengolahan dan distribusi gas dari sumber produksi menuju pasar atau industri.

Proyek Energi- Salah satu proyek besar yang terkait dengan perusahaan ini adalah Genting Floating LNG Project di Teluk Bintuni, Papua Barat. Dalam proyek tersebut: PT Layar Nusantara Gas menjadi salah satu entitas yang mengelola proyek LNG. Proyek ini membutuhkan berbagai kapal pendukung seperti: crew, boat, pilot boat, offshore supply vessel, tug boat. Proyek ini merupakan bagian dari upaya meningkatkan produksi gas alam Indonesia dan pasokan energi nasional.

Peran dalam Industri Energi Layar Nusantara Gas memiliki peran penting dalam: Mendukung rantai pasokan gas nasional, Mengembangkan teknologi LNG terapung (FLNG), Meningkatkan efisiensi distribusi energi, Mendukung transisi energi yang lebih bersih, Gas alam dianggap sebagai energi transisi karena menghasilkan emisi karbon lebih rendah dibandingkan batu bara atau minyak.

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) of Business Administration/Engineering/Business Law from a recognised university.
• Good English both pral and written.
• Minimum 7 years working experiences in Oil & Gas industry for similar role.
• Experience in Post Awards, NOT Tender
• Good leadership, planning, and strategic thinking
• Sharp negotiation skills, good problem solving and decision-making skills which
• require independent and original thinking Willing to travel to the field and other areas

RESPONSIBILITY

• Ensure performance bonds are procured, maintained, and updated as required by contracts
• Ensure all necessary insurances are procured, maintained, and updated as required by contracts
• Review and approve contractor change management plans.
• Review and issue change notices or company instructions
• Coordinate the review of contractor change proposals.
• Finalize and issue change orders or amendments.
• Register, update, and report on the status of changes and amendments, including time and cost implications
• Report to the procurement and control department on contract status.
• Review contractor/consultant claim submissions and provide timely feedback.
• Coordinate with the User (and Legal Departments, if necessary) to address and provide suggested solution to any disputes from contractors regarding the
• Contract/PO/SO Work with the User Department to apply or impose sanctions, penalties, liquidated damages, or rewards in accordance with the contract/PO/SC.
• Prepare and finalize contract close-out documentation and perform contract close-out
• Report on contractor/consultant project performance upon contract completion
• Maintain confidentiality throughout the process.
