ASTRA INTEGRASI DIGITAL (Astra Financial Group)

SOLUTION ARCHITECT

• Identify and evaluate new technologies and architecture improvements.
• Create and maintain Level 0-2 architecture documentation,
• Design architecture solutions for projects and initiatives..
• Review project architectures for compliance with standards.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for all systems.
• Map digital assets, integrations, and data flows.
• Enforce architecture guardrails during implementation.
• Define project scope, constraints, dependencies, and risks.
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture.
• Prepare presentations and diagrams to communicate solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in Solution Architecture or related roles.
• Expertise in Application Development, DevSecOps, Cloud, or similar domains.
• Skilled in architecture design, system integration, cloud/infrastructure, and security.
• Proficient in database design, DevOps practices, requirement analysis, and technical documentation.
• Strong business sense, vision, and customer focus.

FULLSTACK ENGINEER

• Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications (frontend, backend, and database.
• Design and develop Al-based platforms according to business requirements.
• Develop and enhance backend APIs to support integrations and business needs.
• Ensure optimal API performance through continuous monitoring and optimization.
• Handle system troubleshooting and incidents according to priority levels and SLAS.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for APIs and systems.
• Ensure high availability (uptime) and reliability of web application systems according to enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with product, business teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1-3 years of work experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role
• Experience with PHP/Java/JavaScript/TypeScript/Python; experience with Golang is a plus.
• Experience with frameworks such as Laravel/Spring Boot/Express/FastAPI, as well as Next.js/React frameworks.
• Experience writing efficient SQL queries and performing database performance optimization
• Strong understanding of Git version control, Including branching, merging, and conflict resolution.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), testing practices, and cloud deployment (GCP/Alibaba Cloud).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with good communication skills.
• Familiarity with Al Code Agents (Claude CLI, Codex CLI, etc.) and/or LLM API integrations is a plus.

BUSINESS OPERATIONS INTERN

• Perform reconciliation of service usage data with vendors and business units.
• Validate data accuracy and transactions
• Assist external payment processes.
• Support invoice issuance.
• Manage and ensure proper documentation and archiving documents.

Requirements

• Final-year students or recent graduates from Business Administration, Management, or other relevant fields.
• Comfortable working with numbers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
