Industri dan Produk Perusahaan ini dikenal sebagai produsen barang dekorasi musiman dan rekreasi, termasuk: Pohon Natal buatan (artificial Christmas trees), Lampu hias LED dan dekoratif, Kolam renang tiup / inflatable pools, dan produk dekorasi rumah lainnya.

Produk-produk Polygroup dipasarkan secara global dan dieksport ke berbagai negara, termasuk Amerika Serikat, Eropa, dan Asia.

We are seeking talented individuals to fill the following strategic positions:

SHIPPING CLERK

QUALIFICATION

1. Minimum D3 in Transportation Management or Logistics.

2. Mastering the export flow from warehouse to port (destination).

3. Understanding LCL and FCL shipping systems.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

6. Good communication skills, especially in English (spoken & written).

7. Willing to be placed in Kendal, Central Java.

SECURITY MANAGER

QUALIFICATION

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a security supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.

2. Must possess Garda Utama certification and a fire expert certificate.

3. Proficient in active English, both spoken and written.

4. Strong leadership with proven expertise in team management and mentoring.

5. Excellent negotiation skills, effective decision-making, and a strong orientation to detail.

6. Comprehensive understanding of industry security best practices and relevant labor laws.

7. Ready to be placed in Kendal, Central Java.

ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR

QUALIFICATION

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering leadership roles. Proven experience in process improvement and project implementation.

3. Familiar with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.

4. Having experience handling Extruder Machine/ Roller Machine/ Hot Milling will be an advantage.

5. Strong knowledge of automation systems, PLC, and technical drawings.

6. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

7. Willing to be placed in Kendal, Central Java.

BOILER TECHNICIAN

QUALIFICATION

1. Pendidikan minimal SMK Teknik Mesin atau jurusan teknik terkait lainnya.

2. Bersedia bekerja dalam sistem shift dan lembur.

3. Memahami dasar-dasar termodinamika, mekanika fluida, dan sistem kontrol.

4. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan mampu bekerja sama dalam tim.

5. Memiliki sertifikat SIO Boiler yang valid dan sertifikat K3 (lebih diutamakan).

6. Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai teknisi (lebih diutamakan).

7. Bersedia ditempatkan di Kendal, Jawa Tengah.
