1. Packaged Gas Product (PGP) Production Engineer

Lokasi: Karawang

Persyaratan Minimum:

• Bachelor in Engineering

• 5 years of experience

• Computer skill (Ms Word, Excel, Powerpoint), SAP

• Degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering

• Fluent in English both written and verbal.

• Strong communications skills, organisational awareness and the ability to influence colleagues in a multi-cultural environment

• Strong analytical thinking

• Knowledge on ISO 9001

Ruang Lingkup & Tanggung Jawab:

• Comply with the SHEQ policy/rule/regulation, Code of Ethic and other rule that mentioned on Company-Labour Agreement

• Ensure the fulfilment of min – max stock to all product range safely and efficiently.

• Managing PGP KPI such as Productivity, capability index, PEF, gas losses, internal rejection, cylinder return, etc

• Planning the capex requirement and managing budget (R&M and capex).

• Develop, monitoring and regular review of people competencies through a series of training and assessment both theoretical and practical.

• Ensure the fulfilment of mix gas order while maintaining the efficiency by monitoring recipe creation and internal rejection.

• Documentation to ensure traceability of the product and historical of each equipment.

• Recording the PGP activities in SAP timely (such as production record, internal consumption, internal transfer, procurement process, stock counting, etc)

• Maintaining statistical and historical report of Production and budget

• Report and follow up the closing of any un-safe condition and/or incident both actual and via system

• Perform other job as assigned by line manager and company refer to PGP business line.

2. Civil Construction Supervisor (Project)

Lokasi: Cikarang

Persyaratan Minimum:

• Bachelor in Civil

• 8-12 Months (Durasi Proyek)

Ruang Lingkup & Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and manage the project schedule and budget, with monthly reporting.

• Coordinate with Procurement to appoint civil consultants and contractors.

• Translate Linde Engineering’s civil brief into site-specific design together with consultants.

• Oversee execution of civil works, including minor site jobs (e.g., fencing, vegetation clearing, tank removal).

• Supervise contractors with support from a construction manager and temporary safety hire.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.

• Manage any scope growth (e.g., minor electrical or mechanical works) as needed.

• Coordinate permitting efforts for Linde Gas.

3. Graduate Trainee – Production

Lokasi: Gresik

Persyaratan Minimum:

• Fresh Graduates or max. 2 years of working experience

• Bachelor in Chemical Engineering from reputable University

• Min GPA 3.00 out of 4.00

• Fluent in English

• Have a strong leadership capabilities

• Willing to travel and relocate in all Linde Site

• Willing to stay in 2 years program and contract-based

• Bachelor in Chemical

• 0-2 Years Experience

4. Sales Application Engineer – Manucaturing & Industries

Lokasi: Jakarta

Persyaratan Minimum:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in or with companies in the manufacturing industry, such as automotive, construction, mining, tractor, or similar sectors, with a strong understanding of relevant production processes and application requirements.

• Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related fields), preferably with demonstrable academic achievement or specialization in process engineering or materials science.

• Language skills: Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia.

• Bachelor in Economic / Engineering

• 2+ Years Experience

Tanggung Jawab:

• Identify and pursue new market opportunities by introducing relevant gas applications and technologies to potential customers in the manufacturing industry. Collaborate with regional experts to tailor solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

• Provide technical support and guidance on product applications, including conducting trials, demonstrations, and feasibility studies to showcase the value of our solutions.

• Continuously monitor industry trends and customer challenges to uncover new opportunities for application-based sales.

• Work closely with regional application specialists and technical teams to bring advanced technologies and solutions into the Indonesian market.
