Bidang Usaha- PT Darma Henwa menyediakan berbagai layanan pertambangan, antara lain: Jasa PenambanganPengupasan tanah penutup (overburden removal), Penggalian batu bara dan mineral, Pengangkutan batu bara, Pengolahan material tambang Manajemen Operasi Tambang- Perencanaan tambang, Manajemen produksi tambang, Pengelolaan alat berat.  Pemeliharaan Peralatan Tambang- Perawatan alat berat tambang, Perbaikan mesin dan peralatan,  Reklamasi dan Lingkungan, Rehabilitasi lahan tambang, Pengelolaan lingkungan pascatambang.

Peralatan dan Teknologi- Dalam operasionalnya perusahaan menggunakan berbagai alat berat tambang seperti: Excavator, dump truck, Bulldozer, Wheel loader,Motor grader, Alat berat tersebut berasal dari merek global seperti Komatsu, Caterpillar, Hitachi, Liebherr, dan Terex.

Kinerja dan Perkembangan- Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, perusahaan menunjukkan peningkatan kinerja: peendapatan mencapai sekitar Rp3,1 triliun pada semester I 2025.Laba bersih meningkat signifikan hingga sekitar Rp168 miliar. Perusahaan juga meningkatkan efisiensi dengan memperbesar penggunaan armada alat berat milik sendiri untuk menekan biaya operasional.

MANAGER – ENVIRONMENTAL

Head Office Jakarta

Job Overview:

• Lead and manage the implementation of environmental management, compliance, and sustainability programs across mining operations to ensure regulatory compliance, environmental protection, and sustainable business performance. Drive environmental risk management, mine water management, rehabilitation, biodiversity, waste management, and continuous improvement while supporting Good Mining Practice and the company’s ESG commitments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Forestry, Biology, Geology, Mining Engineering, or related field; Master’s Degree in Environment/Sustainability is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of environmental experience in the mining industry, including at least 5 years at Superintendent or Managerial level.
• Strong knowledge of AMDAL, RKL-RPL, PROPER, Mine Rehabilitation & Closure, Mine Water Management, Hazardous & Non-Hazardous Waste Management, Air Quality, Noise, Biodiversity, Forestry & Land Use Compliance.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian environmental regulations, PP No. 22/2021, relevant KLHK/ESDM regulations, and Good Mining Practice.
• Proven experience in managing environmental compliance, regulator inspections, ISO audits, customer audits, and environmental assurance programs.
• POM certification is required; ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, POPPAL, PLB3, AMDAL certification, or other relevant environmental certifications are preferred.
• Experience in ESG, Sustainability, GRI Standards, IFC Performance Standards, or ICMM Principles is an advantage.

SUPERINTENDENT – GUEST, FACILITY & TRANSPORT SERVICES

Job Overview:

• Responsible for managing guest services, travel arrangements, accommodation, facility services, and transportation operations to support business activities across mining sites and Head Office. Ensures efficient travel coordination, reliable transportation, comfortable accommodation, and high-quality guest services in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in GA, Travel Management, Hospitality, or related functions, preferably in mining.
• Experience at Senior Supervisor/Superintendent level is preferred.
• Strong experience in travel coordination and ticketing, including OTA/OFTA platforms.
• Familiar with flight/train booking, hotel reservation, itinerary, rescheduling.
• cancellation, and refund processes.
• Experience in hotel or tour & travel is highly preferred.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Willing to travel to mining sites.

SUPERINTENDENT – INTERNAL AUDIT

Job Overview:

• Responsible for leading internal audit projects across mining sites and Head Office, ensuring effective audit execution, compliance, risk management, and operational improvement in line with company policies and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Internal Audit, preferably in the mining or heavy equipment industry.
• Experience at Senior Supervisor or Superintendent level is preferred.
• Strong experience in leading internal audit projects at both site and Head Office.
• Strong knowledge of internal audit, risk management, internal control, and compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Able to lead and manage an audit team effectively.
• Willing to travel and conduct audits across mining sites.

SUPERINTENDENT – PERFORMANCE & TALENT MANAGEMENT

• Responsible for driving Performance and Talent Management programs, including performance evaluation, talent development, succession planning, and career development aligned with the company’s HCM strategy.

Qualifications:

• Master’s (S2) Degree, preferably majoring in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Performance Management, Talent Management, or Human Capital Development, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Career Development, and Competency Management.
• Experience in developing and implementing KPI/Performance Management systems and talent development programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint,

SUPERINTENDENT – PROJECT ENGINEER

Job Overview:

• Responsible for overseeing engineering activities and project due diligence execution in mining operations, ensuring technical accuracy, project efficiency, and compliance with engineering standards, project schedules, and occupational safety requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Mine Engineering, Project Establishment, and Business Development, specifically within the mining contractor industry.
• Proven experience in leading engineering or project teams at the Supervisor or Superintendent level.
• Proficient in mine planning, engineering design, project execution, and project management.
• Able to read and analyze technical drawings as well as utilize relevant engineering software such as Minescape, Minex, Surpac, or Spry.
• Experience handling multi-commodity operations, specifically Coal and Nickel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Willing to travel for business trips to mining sites.

SUPERINTENDENT – PROJECT PLANNING & COST CONTROL

Kalimantan Site

Job Overview:

• Responsible for planning, controlling, and monitoring project execution in terms of schedule, progress, productivity, and costs to ensure alignment with established baselines and targets, while managing master schedules, S-curves, and baseline budgets to support field execution.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil, Industrial, Mining Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Project Planning, Project Control, and Cost Control within construction, mining, or engineering projects.
• Proficient in Master Scheduling, baseline management, S-curves, progress monitoring, productivity analysis, EVM, and subcontractor claims.
• Strong skills in BoQ preparation, quantity verification, cost reporting, forecasting, and project variance analysis.
• Proficient in Primavera P6/MS Project, Advanced MS Excel, and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and cross-functional communication skills, willing to be stationed at site/project.
