PT Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia (Tugure) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang reasuransi, yaitu perusahaan yang memberikan perlindungan kepada perusahaan asuransi dengan cara mengambil alih sebagian risiko yang sebelumnya ditanggung oleh perusahaan asuransi tersebut.

Supaya mudah dipahami, alurnya seperti ini: Nasabah → Perusahaan Asuransi → Tugure/Reasuransi. Misalnya sebuah perusahaan asuransi memberikan perlindungan terhadap sebuah proyek besar senilai Rp1 triliun. Perusahaan asuransi mungkin tidak ingin menanggung seluruh risiko Rp1 triliun sendirian. Sebagian risiko kemudian dialihkan kepada perusahaan reasuransi seperti Tugure.

Hal ini membantu perusahaan asuransi: mengurangi konsentrasi risiko; meningkatkan kapasitas menerima pertanggungan; mengelola risiko kerugian besar; menjaga stabilitas keuangan; memperoleh dukungan dalam proses underwriting dan mitigasi risiko.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Legal Junior Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and studies to support the Company’s business and operations;
  • Coordinate and organize meetings of the Board of Directors and General Meeting of Shareholders;
  • Prepare legal decrees, correspondence, and other legal documents;
  • Handle requests for legal documents and provide relevant company data as required;
  • Maintain and manage the administration and filing of legal documents;
  • Provide legal support and assistance on corporate legal matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university,
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Corporate Legal or a related legal role;
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
  • Also, having Peradi License will be preferred;
  • English proficiency is an advantage;
  • Strong legal research, analytical, and communication skills;
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Portofolio Analyst Junior Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze reinsurance portfolio performance and identify key trends, drivers, and areas requiring management attention.
  • Assess portfolio composition, concentration, and exposure by cedant, business segment, territory, and class of business.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and risk indicators, identify early warning signals, and provide recommendations for follow-up.
  • Conduct scenario, sensitivity, and strategic analysis to support portfolio optimization and business planning.
  • Develop and enhance portfolio analytics, dashboards, and monitoring tools, including opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Portfolio Analyst.
  • Knowledge of Portfolio Analysis, Data Analytics, Risk Management, and Insurance/Reinsurance.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel with good English communication skills.

IT Audit Junior Executive (Assistant Manager)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Accounting, or related fields;
  • Minimum 5 years experience in IT auditing, governance, or internal control;
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Assistant Manager or equivalent in audit;
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, controls, security, and audit;
  • Proficient with Power BI, ACL, IDEA, ERP, Oracle, etc.;
  • Preferred certifications: CISA, CIA, CRISC, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, COBIT;
  • Familiar with IT audit standards: COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR, PP No. 71/2019;
  • Upholds objectivity and independence

Responsibilities:

  • Develop guidelines, standards, and SOPs for IT audit based on COBIT, ISO/IEC 27001, and other relevant IT governance and information security frameworks;
  • Conduct IT audit planning and implementation;
  • Prepare comprehensive IT audit reports;
  • Monitor and follow up on audit findings;
  • Evaluate IT-related risks and internal controls across various IT domains;
  • Collaborate with the IT group;
  • Develop an IT audit strategy

 

Internal Audit Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Support internal audit data management through the audit system;
  • Assist in preparing and managing Internal Audit documents, letters, and memos;
  • Support data documentation and follow-up for audit and other business requirements;
  • Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and support Internal Audit team coordination.

Requirements:

  • Active student or fresh graduate, preferably majoring in Accounting, Management, or other related fields;
  • Basic knowledge of insurance will be an advantage;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage and maintain data accurately;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, is a plus;
  • Willing to learn and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
