PT Tah Sung Hung (TSH) adalah perusahaan manufaktur sepatu olahraga yang beroperasi di Indonesia dan memproduksi sepatu untuk merek global, terutama Adidas. Perusahaan ini merupakan bagian dari Shyang Shin Bao Group, sebuah grup industri sepatu asal Taiwan yang menjadi mitra produksi beberapa brand olahraga internasional. Sejarah dan Perkembangan- Awalnya pabrik berada di Tangerang, Banten. Kemudian perusahaan relokasi ke Brebes, Jawa Tengah untuk memperluas kapasitas produksi dan menyerap lebih banyak tenaga kerja.

Relokasi ini juga dilakukan karena Jawa Tengah menjadi pusat industri sepatu dan garmen yang berkembang di Indonesia. Produk yang Diproduksi- PT Tah Sung Hung memproduksi sepatu olahraga Adidas yang dipasarkan ke berbagai negara.Contoh model yang pernah diproduksi: Adidas Advantage, Adidas Gazelle, Adidas Supercourt, Adidas Swift Run, Produk tersebut biasanya diekspor ke pasar internasional seperti Amerika, Eropa, dan Asia.

Kapasitas Produksi-Pabrik ini memiliki target produksi besar, yaitu: sekitar 3 juta pasang sepatu per bulan pada tahap awal, target 5 juta pasang per bulan setelah ekspansi penuh. Produksi dilakukan dengan sistem: cutting, sewing, assembling, quality control.

We’re currently hiring for the following positions:

1. ADM- AUDIT ISO

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Engineering, or other related majors
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in ISO Audit, Internal Audit or related fields
• Familiar with ISO standards and audit processes, preferably ISO 9001, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001
• Experience in audit preparation, audit implementation, documentation, and corrective action follow-up
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage documentation and audit records
• Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English (Written and Verbal)

2. Development Costing

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) in any major
• Experienced in the sama field minimum 1 year
• Detail Oriented and meticulous
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing

3. ADM- Receptionist

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major, preferably Hospitality, Business Administration, Communication, or related majors
• Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Receptionist, Front Office, Customer Service, or related position
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to welcome and assist visitors, guests, and employees professionally
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks

4. ME- Industrial Engineering

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or other related majors
• Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Data Analysis or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Hands-on experience or strong skills in VBA / Excel Automation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially VBA, formulas, data analysis, and reporting
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work with large amounts of data
• Experience in automation, data processing, or developing Excel-based tools is a plus
• Fluent in English (Written and Verbal)

5. Development- Commerce

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) in any major
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the shoe manufacturing industry (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Basic knowledge of shoe factory operation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to communicate using English (Written / Verbal)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team

6. Development Technical Pattern

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Vocational High School in any major.
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Familiar with Jevero/Crispin operations
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken
• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
