Production Planning and Control Department Head

Job Description

• Set PPC strategy, manpower priorities, SOP/data governance, and planning cadence for ramp-up and steady operation.
• Lead production planning, material balance, process data review, metallurgical analysis, lab or quality coordination, and performance reporting.
• Coordinate with Ore Preparation, Smelting, Maintenance, HSE, procurement, laboratory and management for operational readiness and bottleneck resolution..
• Review daily and weekly production KPIs, quality trends, recovery/yield, delays, and corrective action follow-up.
• Build team capability for production reporting, process improvement, technical analysis, and cross-functional decision support.

Environmental Section Head

Job Description

• Plan and supervise environmental monitoring for air, water, waste, B3/LB3, dust/emission and operational environmental aspects.
• Ensure compliance with RKL/RPL, AMDAL/permit obligations, government reporting, inspection readiness and corrective action tracking.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, HSE, contractors and laboratories for sampling, monitoring, incident response and mitigation.
• Lead environmental team, develop procedures, maintain records, and conduct environmental training and campaigns..
• Investigate environmental incidents and non-conformities, and recommend prevention/improvement actions.

Batching Station Section Head

Job Description

•  Supervise batching station operation, material proportioning, stock/feed coordination, equipment inspection, and shift/day work execution.
•  Ensure SOP compliance for batching, weighing, feeding, housekeeping, dust control, and abnormality reporting.
• Coordinate with Ore Preparation, Rotary Dryer/Kiln, PPC, maintenance and HSE regarding material quality, equipment constraints and production targets.
• Monitor batching accuracy, equipment downtime, material availability, shift logs and corrective actions. Coach group leaders/operators and ensure competency, permit-to-work, LOTO and safe work discipline.

Plant Maintenance Section Head

Job Description

• Set maintenance priorities, manpower allocation, PM/CM execution plan, daily coordination and work quality standards.
• Lead troubleshooting, breakdown response, RCA, reliability improvement and maintenance backlog control.
•  Coordinate with operations, planners, engineers, warehouse/procurement, contractors and HSE for safe execution and material readiness.
• Review equipment availability, downtime, PM compliance, work order quality, spare usage and corrective actions.
• Develop technicians/trades competency and enforce LOTO, PTW, hot work, lifting, confined space and working at height controls.

Rotary Dryer Section Head

Job Description

•  Supervise rotary dryer operation, start-up/shutdown, moisture control, temperature/process parameters, field checks and equipment housekeeping.
•  Ensure stable feed, drying quality, fuel/burner interface, dust control, abnormal condition response and shift/day coordination.
• Coordinate with batching, rotary kiln, PPC, maintenance, utilities and HSE to meet production and safety targets.
•  Review dryer performance, downtime, inspection findings, shift logs, corrective actions and improvement opportunities.
• Develop operator capability, enforce SOP/PTW/LOTO and ensure readiness for rotating equipment environment.

Automation Engineer

Job Description

• Support PLC/DCS/HMI/control logic troubleshooting, loop checking, interlock testing, alarm review and automation issue resolution.
• Maintain control system documentation, backup, change records, cause-and-effect logic, and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with operations, electrical/instrument technicians, vendors and maintenance for commissioning, calibration and breakdown response.
• Analyze control-related failures and recommend reliability/standardization improvements.
• Ensure work complies with LOTO, electrical safety, cybersecurity/basic access control and change management.

Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

• Develop and optimize preventive maintenance strategy, inspection standards, repair scopes and technical recommendations for mechanical equipment.
• Analyze mechanical failures, downtime, vibration or lubrication issues, spare part needs and reliability improvement actions.
• Support installation, alignment, commissioning, testing, modification and acceptance of rotating/static/mechanical equipment.
• Coordinate with maintenance trades, operations, planners, vendors and contractors for execution quality and safety.

Process Engineer

Job Description

• Analyze process data, operating parameters, production or quality results, material balance, bottlenecks and process stability issues.

• Participate in trials, troubleshooting, RCA, corrective action tracking and SOP/process control updates.
• Coordinate with PPC, operations, laboratory, maintenance and HSE for data-driven decisions and improvement projects.

• Prepare production plans, reports, material requirement tracking and KPI dashboards.
• Monitor production achievement, delays, constraints, raw material/feed availability and follow-up actions.
