Job Responsibilities

• Market analysis; gather market data, assess product profitability, and overall sales performance
• Customer Relationship Management; act as the main contact for assigned customers, and
• handle daily communications, and requests regarding supply, delivery schedule, and product specifications.
• Sales Planning & Commercial, prepare sales forecasts, monitor inventory levels, and execute spot and term contract sales
• Operation Execution; arrange delivery and ensure accurate scheduling for product loading and discharging.
• Ensure Compliance and Health, Safety, and Environment regulation

Job Requirement

Job Responsibilities

• Market Analysis; gather market information, assess market trends and conditions, and analyze overall sales performance.
• Customer Relationship Management; manage customer communications, handle
• inquiries and complaints, support negotiations, and develop customer relationships sales expansion
• Sales Planning & Commercial; prepare sales forecasts, monitor inventory and production plans, and execute spot and term contract sales
• Operation Execution; arrange and monitor delivery schedules based on customer requests, and ensure timely payment collection from customers.

Polymer Marketing Admin

Job Responsibilities

• Customer Registration & Documentation, gather and verify supporting documents for customer registration, including KYC, business identification, and tax registration.
• Sales & Billing Administration; prepare sales orders, quotations, proof of delivery, invoices, and other documents required for customer transactions.
• Accounts Receivable & Cost. Administration; process AR, LC charges, customs, incoming payments, aging, and verify inland costs against issued proforma invoices.
• Internal Compliance & Approval, prepare internal approvals, process marketing expense documents, and ensure all activities comply with company procedures.
• Document Control & HSE Compliance; maintain sales contracts and regulatory documents, and ensure marketing activities comply with HSE and internal safety procedures.

Job Requirement

• Diploma degree (D3) in Management/Business Administration or other relevant major from reputable universit

Tech Center Staff

Job Responsibilities

1. Technical Support; conduct customer trials, verify quality complaints, and evaluate market acceptance and product competitiveness.
2. Product Development; support new product development and improvements through customer trials, preparation, monitoring, and validation.
3. Customer Technical Assistance; provide advice on grade selection, product processing, and solutions to product-related technical issues.
4. Product & Complaint Management; identify customer requirements, investigate product complaints, and monitor product samples, delivery status, and test results.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination; work closely with Sales, QM, and Auto-Warehouse teams to address customer requirements, product allocation, and technical issues

Job Requirement

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or relevant major from a reputable university
• Freshgraduate or up to 2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Technical Knowledge; knowledge, skills, or experience in plastic technology, particularly in Technical Service, Product Development, or Quality Control, is preferred.
• Communication & Presentation; strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication

FeedStock Staff

Job Responsibilities

• Feedstock Procurement, manage daily cargo operations, shipment schedules, loading and discharging activities, and related documentation.
• Supplier Coordination; coordinate with suppliers to manage orders, confirm deliveries, and resolve supply issues.
• Inventory Monitoring, monitor feedstock stock levels, usage, and balances to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Financial & Contract Management; manage L/C processes, supplier payments, and compliance with UCP 600/ISBP standards.
• Procurement Administration; coordinate with Finance, Jetty, Customs, and related teams, and process POs and supplier invoices in SAP.
