CHIEF SECURITY

• Have Gada Madya Certificate.
• Able to create operational planning, strategies and security systems that are effective and efficient.
• Ability to create a development plan and improve the member placement security system.
• Enforce work discipline among its members by providing clear work instructions and, if necessary, taking firm disciplinary action
• Carrying out undercover work in the PT SMOE yard area to monitor employees who violate company regulations
• Ability to read about the situation accurately and carefully to respond to any potential disturbances and threats that may occur, including security threats against PT. SMOЕ.
• Having strong and discipline characters.
• Having good coordinating with local officials (KIE, PEMDA, POLSEK, KORAMIL and local community leaders) and organizing skills.

General Requirements:

• Minimum Senior High School.
• At least 3 years’ experience as a Chief Security in Fabrication/Construction or related field.
• Bilingual in English and Indonesian & Proficiency MS Office Application.
• Must be able to work independently or teamwork
• Good Communication, having Good Leadership and analytical, Excellent Problem Solving & interpersonal skills.

CONTRACT ENGINEER (COMMERCIAL)

General Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalents
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in Fabrication or Constructions as Contract Engineer, background in oil and gas industry preferred
• Familiar with reviews, negotiates, and amends standard contract documentation as required, often adding or changing clauses according to the specifications of stakeholders
• Able to perform all clarifications for contracts meeting and coordinating with the project department and smooth functioning of the project.
• Solid understanding of various construction contracts format/standard (incl. FIDIC)
• Solid understanding of Indonesia law and regulation related to construction
• Experience in supervising projects to make sure that the contract terms address all the client’s requirements Project management-having detailed knowledge within the engineering and contractor business is a must,as it helps in identifying problems, and contributing to solutions related to the project
• Must be able to work independently or Teamwork
• Attention to detail, strive for quality, good communication skill, hard worker and strong integrity.
• Prioritize in Batam domicile

SENIOR QC INSPECTOR (STRUCTURE/PIPING)

• Familiar with Structural and Piping inspection
• Mandatory professional qualification certificate CSWIP 3.2 (Senior Welding Inspector)
• Experience in QA/QC systems implementation, vendor inspections, and fabrication/erection activities
• Familiar with project specifications, ITPs, method statements, and quality documentation
• Experience in verifying contractor compliance to ITPs, QCPs, and project specifications.
• Skilled in auditing contractors QA/QC systems and verifying NDT reports
• Issue surveillance reports, NCRs, and punch lists on behalf of the client
• Competent in reviewing and approving WPS/PQR/WPQ, material certificates, consumable batch records, weld maps, and traceability records.
• Familiar to fit up visual inspection
• Pro-active and self-motivated team player with strong engineering judgment skills
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken, strong communication skills

General Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree or its equivalent
• Experienced in Marine and Offshore, or New build for EPC contract
• At least 5-10 years’ experiences in the same position at Fabrication, Constructions and background
• in oil and gas industry preferred
• Ability to define project scopes, plan, schedule, allocate resources, and manage risks
• Must be able to work independently or Teamwork
• Attention to detail, strive for quality, good communication skill, hard worker and strong integrity.
