Infrastructure

Be involved in infrastructure development projects by supporting planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations.

Mill

Develop a solid understanding of the palm oil milling process, from Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) processing to crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel production, while supporting operational excellence.

Workshop

Learn how maintenance operations keep the business running by supporting equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.25 (Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of work experience are welcome)
• Resilient, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic business environment.
• Demonstrates leadership potential, strategic thinking, and a passion for creating meaningful impact.
• Active in organizational activities.
• Willing to be placed and travel for business in Kalimantan or Sumatera.
• Willing to commit to a 3-year service bond.
