Main Hauling Road Operation Supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (SI) in Civil Engineering or related field.
- years of experience in road construction/maintenance, preferably in mining.
- Experienced in hauling road construction and maintenance supervision, as well as road access management, including road usage monitoring, billing administration, and cost control.
- Strong knowledge of road construction, earthworks, drainage, and road maintenance.
- Familiar with heavy equipment such as grader, compactor, bulldozer, and excavator.
- Good understanding of K3 and environmental standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD/civil design skills are preferred.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and field supervision skills.
- Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi.
Key Roles:
- Supervise daily hauling road construction and maintenance to meet design, quality, and schedule requirements.
- Monitor road conditions and safety, ensuring timely corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Mine Planning, Survey, and Operations to ensure proper road alignment and geometry.
- Manage the effective utilization of manpower, heavy equipment, and materials.
- Ensure compliance with K3, environmental, and traffic safety standards.
- Conduct field inspections and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Identify and resolve issues related to road stability, drainage, and surface conditions.
- Monitor as-built documentation, material usage, and equipment utilization records.
- Support road improvement initiatives to enhance hauling efficiency and optimize operational costs.
Water Monitoring Supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (SI) in Environmental Engineering Forestry, Agriculture, Chemistry, Mining Engineering or a related environmental discipline
- 5-7 years of experience in the mining industry, with a minimum of 4 years in an environmental management role
- Holds a POP (First-Line Operational Supervisor) certification; knowledge of or experience with PROPER is preferred
- In-depth understanding of national and international environmental regulations
- Familiar with environmental management standards, including ISO and SNI
- Ability to conduct Environmental Risk Assessments and environmental compliance audits in accordance with Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
- Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi
Key Roles:
- Monitor the environmental impacts of production activities and infrastructure development to
- ensure compliance with applicable national and international environmental regulations
- Plan and conduct environmental inspections to obtain accurate and up-to-date field data
- Monitor environmental compliance and monitoring points to ensure continuous updates of environmental field data
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to environmental compliance and monitoring activities
- Conduct environmental monitoring and supervision activities to prevent and control environmental pollution and degradation, including water, soil, and air quality management and pollution control
- Monitoring the management of mining waste, including wastewater, hazardous and toxic waste (B3), and domestic waste
Grade Control Pit Supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Geology Engineering or Mining Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, or 5 years of experience as a Grade Control Foreman.
- Strong understanding of Grade Control, Ore Reconciliation, and Ore Quality Assurance procedures.
- Proficient in Grade Control sampling techniques and procedures at the pit.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Possess a valid POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification.
- Proficiency in mining and geological software such as QGIS, Micromine, Surpac, or equivalent software is highly preferred
Key Roles:
- Ensure compliance with K3, environmental regulations, and company standards.
- Translate monthly production targets into daily operational activities for the Grade Control team.
- Supervise Foreman Grade Control, Grade Control Crew, and Dispatcher to ensure operational compliance.
- Monitor mining contractors to ensure nickel ore quality meets required standards.
- Manage nickel ore blending from pit to stockpile to support production targets. Compare daily mining actuals against block model plans and identify variances.
- Recommend mine-out areas based on sampling and production data to improve cost efficiency.
- Monitor equipment, tools, and consumable usage to ensure efficient utilization within budget.
Production & Preparation Supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Geology Engineering, or Mining Vocational School (SMK) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures for nickel mining production.
- Good knowledge of stockpile management, stockpile balance, and nickel ore blending.
- Demonstrated leadership and team coordination skills.
- Possess a valid POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ArcGIS is highly preferred.
Key Roles:
- Ensure compliance with K3, environmental regulations, and company standards across all activities.
- Ensure all operational activities are performed in accordance with established SOPs to achieve production targets.
- Supervise and control Sample Preparation and Sample House activities to ensure compliance
- with operational standards. Review and analyze production samples and laboratory assay results to ensure data accuracy and quality.
- Manage ore blending activities to support hauling and production targets.
- Monitor stockpile management activities to maintain ore quality and accurate stockpile balance.
- Implement occupational health and safety programs and promote a strong safety culture within the team.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports covering production performance, stockpile balance, and production data validation.
Production & Reconciliation Foreman
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (SI) in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the mining industry.
- Hands-on experience in ore hauling and mining road works.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively coordinate a team.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Disciplined, responsible, and punctual in carrying out assigned tasks.
- Able to follow and comply with established work procedures and safety standards.
Key Roles:
- Manage daily ore delivery operations, including delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient transportation.
- Monitor delivery progress and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth operations.
- Review inventory requirements and ensure adequate stock availability to support operational needs.
- Oversee transportation activities and fleet management, including vehicle utilization within the department
- Develop and maintain daily work schedules, adjusting resource allocation based on operational requirements.
- Analyze ore hauling costs and provide insights to improve cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with contractors on monthly volume reconciliation and billing verification to ensure accuracy and alignment.
Water Monitoring Foreman
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (SI) in Environmental Engineering Forestry, Agriculture, Chemistry, Mining Engineering, or a related environmental discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in the mining industry, with a minimum of 1 years in an environmental management role
- Proficient in environmental monitoring standards, environmental regulations, and applicable legislation.
- Familiar with ISO & SNI standards for environmental management
- Proficient in ArcGIS and AutoCAD for environmental mapping and analysis.

Key Roles:
- Ensure compliance with all environmental laws, regulations, and applicable requirements, and actively participate in their implementation.
- Monitor daily water quality measurements (self-monitoring) at compliance points and promptly address any exceedances of environmental quality standards.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly water sampling and coordinate sample submission to third-party laboratories according to the established schedule.
- Provide ideas and recommendations for monitoring development plans by considering changes in field conditions and operational requirements.
- Collect and process rainfall data to ensure accurate and reliable climate data for environmental monitoring and analysis.
