Bidang Usaha – TNB Genco mengelola seluruh siklus pembangkit listrik, meliputi: Pengembangan pembangkit listrik. Operasi dan pemeliharaan (Operation & Maintenance/O&M). Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO). Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning (EPCC). Pengelolaan aset pembangkit hingga akhir masa operasinya.

SENIOR TECHNICIAN (CIVIL)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out site inspections and monitor civil works to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and owner requirements
• Assist in monitoring construction progress, workmanship and project execution to support timely completion
• Prepare daily site reports and maintain accurate inspection and project documentation
• Support quality assurance activities by identifying defects and monitoring rectification works.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field from local university /polytechnic / educational institution recognised by the Government of Malaysia and accredited MQA
• Malaysian citizen with minimum seven (7) years of working experience with
• preference at least three (3) years in construction project Ability to supervise contractor works at site and working together with
• Owner’s Engineer A strong technical and engineering background particularly in Civil works and familiarity with the entire project life cycle activities

SENIOR TECHNICIAN (MECHANICAL)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out site inspections and monitor mechanical works to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and approved plans
• Assist in monitoring construction progress, project execution and resolving site issues to support timely project delivery
• Inspect materials, workmanship and testing activities, and identify defects or non-conformances for timely rectification
• Prepare inspection reports, maintain project documentation and participate in project coordination meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related from local university /polytechnic / educational institution recognised by the Government of Malaysia and accredited MQA
• Malaysian citizen with minimum seven (7) years of working experience with preference at least three (3) years in construction project
• Ability to supervise contractor works at site and working together with Owner’s Engineer
• A strong technical and engineering background particularly in Mechanical works and familiarity the entire project life cycle activities

SENIOR TECHNICIAN (C&I)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out site inspections and monitor Control & Instrumentation (C&I) installation works to ensure compliance with approved specifications and standards
• Perform inspections, testing and quality checks, and report defects or non-conformances for timely rectification
• Monitor work progress and support the project team in the execution of C&I activities
• Assist in identifying workplace hazards and ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures and site safety requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related field from local university / polytechnic / educational institution recognised by the Government of Malaysia and accredited MQA
• Malaysian citizen with minimum seven (7) years of working experience with preference at least three (3) years in construction project
• Ability to supervise contractor works at site and working together with Owner’s Engineer
• Strong technical and engineering background in Control & Instrumentation (C&I), including familiarity with installation, testing, and commissioning

SENIOR TECHNICIAN (HSE)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct site HSE inspections and monitor compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations, project requirements and company standards
• Support the implementation of HSE plans, HIRADC, emergency response procedures and contractor HSE compliance
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, monitor corrective actions and maintain accurate HSE documentation and records
• Participate in HSE audits, inspections, committee meetings and liaise with relevant regulatory authorities when required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science or related field from local university / polytechnic / educational institution recognised by the Government of Malaysia and accredited MQ
• Malaysian citizen with minimum seven (7) years of working experience with preference at least three (3) years in HSE
• Strong knowledge of relevant HSE regulations, standards, and best practices for power plant construction project
• Demonstrates a proven track record in managing a wide range of OSH activities and improvement
