TDK Electronics Adalah perusahaan manufaktur komponen elektronik. Perusahaan ini didirikan pada 11 Juli 2007 dan berlokasi di Kawasan Industri Panbil, Blok B1-10, Muka Kuning, Batam, Kepulauan Riau. Lokasi Batam penting karena dekat dengan jalur logistik internasional dan ekosistem industri elektronik.

Produk dan bidang usaha – Produk yang dihasilkan atau menjadi bagian dari portofolio TDK Electronics antara lain: Kapasitor: komponen untuk menyimpan dan menstabilkan energi listrik pada rangkaian elektronik.

Ferrite dan induktor: membantu mengatur arus, menyaring gangguan elektromagnetik, dan menjaga kualitas daya. Sensor: digunakan untuk membaca suhu, posisi, tekanan, gerakan, maupun kondisi tertentu pada perangkat.

NTC thermistor: sensor/resistor peka suhu, umum dipakai untuk pengukuran suhu dan proteksi perangkat. Komponen piezoelektrik: digunakan dalam aplikasi seperti aktuator, alarm, atau perangkat yang memanfaatkan getaran.

Karena bergerak di manufaktur elektronik, fungsi kerja yang lazim ada meliputi: operator produksi dan teknisi produksi; quality control/quality assurance; process engineering dan production engineering; maintenance, automation, serta mechanical design; Engineering produk dan pengembangan proses; Supply chain, purchasing, warehouse, serta ekspor-impor; HR, finance, IT, dan administrasi perusahaan.

Procurement Senior Engineer

Your qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical/Material Science or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Procurement.
• Strong experience in global sourcing and market strategy development.
• Effective communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
• Proficient in computer applications and digital tools.
• Hands-on experience with PowerPoint presentations and SAP systems

Your future responsibilities

• Lead cost-saving and sourcing initiatives to optimize value and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, delivery, and procurement efficiency.
• Develop strategies, analyze markets, and manage supplier risks.
• Handle supplier selection, negotiation, evaluation, and relationships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve operational and project goals.
• Monitor performance, ensure compliance, and mitigate risks.
• Manage KPIs, reporting, documentation, and audit readiness.
• Resolve escalations, coach team members, and lead improvements.
• Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and TCO evaluations.
• Support digital procurement tools, automation, and continuity planning.

IT Technician

Your qualifications

• Minimum diploma degree in computational-related field.
• 2 year equivalent experience in supporting IT operations/helpdesk.
• 1 year equivalent experience in delivering IT Infrastructure projects as members.
• Windows Operating System
• Linux Operating Systems
• Computers (Laptop and Desktops)
• Printers, Copiers, Scanners.
• Barcode scanners.
• Backup System.

Your future responsibilities

• Operation
• Ensuring the availability and reliability of Computers, Printers, Scanners and other client facing IT Peripherals.
• Ensuring the availability of spare parts and license required for Computers.
• Troubleshooting issues of Computers, Printers, Scanners and other client facing IT Peripherals.
• Managing and executing routines required to ensure the availability and compliance of Computers, Printers, Scanners and other client facing IT Peripherals.
• Managing and executing security policy for Computers, Printers, Scanners and other client facing IT Peripherals including hardware control and software control.
