RPRI (Respiratory Programmatic Implementation and Research Institute) adalah sebuah yayasan/lembaga nirlaba yang berfokus pada penelitian, pelatihan, dan implementasi program kesehatan, terutama di bidang tuberkulosis (TB) dan penyakit pernapasan lainnya. Organisasi ini berkantor pusat di Jakarta Timur dan mulai beroperasi pada tahun 2022.

RPRI menjalankan berbagai aktivitas, antara lain:Penelitian klinis mengenai tuberkulosis dan penyakit paru. Pelatihan bagi tenaga kesehatan. Pendampingan implementasi program kesehatan masyarakat. Manajemen lokasi (site management) untuk penelitian klinis. Kolaborasi dengan rumah sakit, universitas, pemerintah, dan organisasi kesehatan.

Fokus utama organisasi meliputi: Tuberkulosis (TB). Penyakit pernapasan. Pulmonologi. Riset kesehatan masyarakat.Pengembangan kapasitas tenaga kesehatan. Peningkatan kualitas layanan kesehatan berbasis bukti ilmiah. RPRI memiliki tujuan untuk mendukung Indonesia dalam pengendalian tuberkulosis dan penyakit pernapasan melalui penelitian berkualitas, pelatihan, serta implementasi program kesehatan yang efektif.

Activity & Public Relations Staff

Scope of Work

  • Identify and pursue grant and funding opportunities to support institutional activities and programs
  • Plan and implement institutional activities, including seminars, campaigns, training sessions, and public engagement events
  • Manage and maintain relationships with media partners, collaborators, and external stakeholders
  • Develop and disseminate institutional publications and communication materials
  • Support public education initiatives and communication campaigns related to health programs and research activities
  • Conduct monitoring, evaluation, and reporting for institutional activities and outreach programs
  • Full-time WFO in Rawamangun, Jakarta Timur

Qualification

  • Any bachelor degree
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Good organizational and project coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Having experience in the field of Activities and Public Relations is preferred
  • Proficient in Indonesian and Intermediate-Advanced level English
  • Able to work min. 12 months

Follow Up Doctors (Part Time/Full Time)

  • Scope of Work
  • Contribute to clinical research projects (clinical trials)
  • Contribute to clinical research implementation based on Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
  • Following-up on clinical trial subject via telephone contact
  • Fill in Case Report Forms (CRF)
  • Conduct subject diary card reviews and help reminder subjects
  • Coordinate with site teams, site coordinators, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Able to work min. 6 months
  • Part-time Hybrid (WFO 3 days a week & WFH 2 days a week) at RSUP Persahabatan/ Full-time (5 days a week) at RSIJ Cempaka Putih

Qualification

  • Medical doctor (Post Internship) (preferable)
  • Active STR
  • Eager to learn, initiative, independent, and work in a team
  • Having Microsoft Office skills
  • Fluent in Bahasa & English

Geospatial Analyst

Scope of Work

  • Support geospatial analysis for RPRI research- TB, respiratory infection, health access, disease distribution, and public health surveillance
  • Manage, clean, validate, and structure spatial and non-spatial datasets
  • Perform geocoding, spatial linkage, visualization, disease mapping, hotspot/cluster analysis, and accessibility analysis
  • Develop publication-ready maps, figures, dashboards, and geospatial outputs for abstracts, manuscripts, and reports
  • Collaborate with biostatisticians, epidemiologists, and study teams to integrate geospatial analysis into research
  • Participate in scientific writing-abstracts, manuscripts, and journal submission
  • Support metadata documentation and reproducible geospatial workflows
  • Able to work min. 12 months; full-time WFO at Head Office, Rawamangun, Jakarta Timur

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Geography, Geomatics, Geoinformatics, Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics, Data Science, Urban/Regional Planning, Environmental Health, or related field
  • Strong understanding of GIS concepts and spatial data management
  • Proficient in QGIS or ArcGIS (QGIS preferred); R/Python for spatial analysis a plus
  • Familiar with spatial epidemiology, disease mapping, or health facility accessibility analysis (a plus)
  • Experience in research, scientific writing, or dashboard development preferred
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently or in a team
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and Minimum Upper-Intermediate level of English

Lead Study Coordinator NC-011

Scope of Work

  • Lead study initiation and preparation, from site assessments, site selection, site activation, up to enrollment.
  • Ensure study conduct and documentation comply with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Responsible for EC/IRB submissions and institutional permits across participating sites through to clearance, and assist the CRO in BPOM regulatory submission.
  • Coordinate site initiation activities: study team assembly, ISF documentation, training, and Site Initiation Visits.
  • Develop the study recruitment plan and coordinate its implementation across study sites.
  • Oversee study supply and logistics, including investigational product accountability, laboratory materials, and equipment.
  • Facilitate coordination and engagement with key stakeholders, including sponsor, CRO, PI, hospital management, laboratory, pharmacy, TB program units, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of study documents in coordination with the quality team.
  • Assist the Principal Investigator in protocol review, and provide operational input during budget and contract/agreement development.
  • Able to work min. 12 months
  • Full time WFO in Head Office (Rawamangun, Jakarta Timur)

Lead Study Coordinator PRISM-TB

Scope of Work

  • Provide overall operational leadership for the study, serving as the main point of operational
  • contact of the study from preparation through close-out.
  • Lead development of the country implementation strategy and plan, and oversee its execution across sites.
  • Lead study preparation work, such as ethics and regulatory approvals, procurement, logistics, and site staff training.
  • Lead site assessment and selection based on readiness and local context.
  • Assist in development and coordinate the adaptation of the study protocol to the local setting. Build, lead, and develop the study team across all sites.
  • Facilitate coordination and engagement with key stakeholders, including collaborators, investigators, national TB program, provincial and district health offices, puskesmas, and manufacturers.
  • Oversee day-to-day study delivery and document adaptations made in the field.
  • Monitor implementation quality and outcomes, and lead timely corrective action.
  • Ensure complete, analysis-ready data reaches research partners on schedule.
  • Support stakeholder engagement and dissemination of study findings.
  • Able to work min. 12 months.
  • Full time WFO in Head Office (Rawamangun, Jakarta Timur)
