RANS Entertainment dimulai sebagai kanal YouTube yang menampilkan vlog keluarga. Seiring meningkatnya jumlah penonton, perusahaan berkembang menjadi grup media dengan berbagai unit usaha yang mencakup: Produksi konten digital. Rumah produksi (production house). Manajemen talenta dan KOL. Musik dan podcast. Event dan aktivasi merek. Bisnis olahraga (sportainment). Produk kecantikan, makanan dan minuman (F&B), serta produk konsumen lainnya.

WE ARE HIRING

SENIOR LEGAL

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university.

2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department, with substantial experience in corporate legal matters, commercial transactions, and contract drafting, review, and negotiation.

3. Strong understanding of Indonesian Corporate Law (Law No. 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability Companies/UUPT) is mandatory.

4. Demonstrated ability to analyze, structure, and execute complex commercial transactions, with a strong understanding of deal structures and legal risk assessment.

5. Excellent drafting, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.

6. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of integrity.

7. Able to work independently, take ownership of legal matters, and collaborate effectively with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.

8. Experience supporting or advising public listed companies, including knowledge of OJK and IDX regulations, is a strong advantage.

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.

2. Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in Finance & Accounting.

3. Proven experience in the retail industry is preferred.

4. Strong knowledge of financial accounting, management accounting, budgeting, taxation, treasury, and financial reporting.

5. Hands-on experience in inventory accounting, product costing, and financial analysis within an retail environment.

6. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

8. High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced business environment.

HEAD OF PROCUREMENT

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s Degree (51) in any major, accounting or engineering is preferred.

2. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a managerial role within Procurement.

3. Proven experience in the Media & Entertainment industry is required.

4. Strong knowledge of general procurement as well as event procurement, including sourcing for production, events. vendors, and operational requirements.

5. Demonstrated experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, cost optimization, and procurement planning.

6. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

7. Able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.

8. High integrity, detail-oriented, and capable of leading cross-functional teams.
