PT Tuffindo Nittoku Autoneum (TNA) adalah perusahaan joint venture (patungan) antara perusahaan dari Indonesia, Jepang, dan Swiss yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur komponen otomotif, khususnya produk peredam suara (acoustic insulation), pelapis, dan komponen pelindung untuk kendaraan roda empat.

Perusahaan memproduksi berbagai komponen otomotif seperti: Peredam suara kabin kendaraan.Insulasi panas.  Karpet lantai kendaraan. Pelapis bagasi. Pelapis kap mesin. Interior kendaraan berbahan serat dan tekstil otomotif. Standar kualitas – Perusahaan menerapkan standar industri otomotif internasional, seperti: IATF 16949 untuk sistem manajemen mutu industri otomotif. ISO 9001 untuk manajemen mutu. Penerapan standar keselamatan kerja dan pengendalian kualitas sesuai kebutuhan industri otomotif.

MAINTENANCE OPERATOR

(TEKNISI)

PERSYARATAN:

• Lulusan SMK Jurusan Teknik Mesin/Mekatronika dengan pengalaman min. 3 tahun di bidang yang sama
• Memiliki pemahaman Root Cause Analysis
• Memiliki pemahaman mengenai wiring diagram, PLC, HMI
• Memiliki pengalaman meng-handle mesin hydraulic, press/injeksi
• Memiliki kemampuan welding
• Bersedia lembur dan bekerja dengan waktu yang flexible

MAINTENANCE OFFICER

(ENGINEER)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Maintenance or Engineering, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation, electrical systems, and Mitsubishi Q-Series PLC.
• Able to read and create mechanical drawings (AutoCAD 2D minimum) and sequence diagrams.
• Experienced in developing preventive maintenance plans and machine improvement initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Analyze machine failures, identify root causes, and provide technical guidance to maintenance technicians during troubleshooting and repair activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure machine reliability and minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement machine improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, reliability, and productivity.
• Support production by ensuring machine availability while monitoring KPI performance & reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and safe working practices.

ENGINEERING OFFICER

(MANDARIN SPEAKER / PRODUCT PREPARATION)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related field
• Min. 3 years’ experience in automotive manufacturing (Project Engineer/Product Preparation)
• Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken is a must)
• Proficient in design tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) with knowledge of tooling design (jig, fixture, mold)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes & quality tools (FMEA, Flowchart, etc.)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a dynamic environment
• Basic understanding of HSE practices

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Define critical product characteristics based on customer requirement
• Design and develop tooling, jigs, and check fixtures for new projects
• Analyze similar products/processes to identify risks, improvements, and sourcing strategies
• Review and optimize process design and parameters to ensure quality and efficiency
• Prepare and monitor tooling fabrication schedules and project timelines
• Support tooling trials, mold trials, and new product development activities
• Manage material preparation, including BOM creation and trial requirements
• Coordinate purchase requests and ensure material readiness for trials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production & Process Engineering
