Pacific Indopalm Industries didirikan pada Desember 2009 dan berlokasi di Lubuk Gaung, Dumai, Riau, yang dikenal sebagai area operasi Refinery terbesar dan kota pengekspor produk minyak kelapa sawit terbesar di Indonesia. Perusahaan ini bergerak dalam industri kelapa sawit, khususnya pengolahan dan pemurnian minyak kelapa sawit (Refinery & Fractionation). PT. Pacific Indopalm Industries telah berinvestasi pada pabrik dengan teknologi terkini yang sepenuhnya otomatis. Pada tahun 2013, pabrik tambahan dipasang untuk meningkatkan kapasitas hingga 120% guna memenuhi permintaan pasar yang terus meningkat untuk produk minyak kelapa sawit. 1. Warehouse Supervisor

• Lokasi: Lubuk Gaung, Dumai – Riau
• Kualifikasi:
  • Education min. Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant background
  • Having experienced at least 5 years in same field
  • Able to use computer system, such as: SAP, Ms. Office, Outlook
  • Must have Warehouse Management System Skills
  • Good Leadership / Supervision
  • Sociable, Carefully, Analytical Thinking, Well Organized, Self Motivated
  • Good knowledge Sparepart Recognition
  • Fluent in English is a must (Verbal & Written)

2. Production Supervisor

• Lokasi: Lubuk Gaung, Dumai – Riau
• Kualifikasi:
  • Education min. Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or any relevant background
  • Having experienced at least 5-6 years in the same field
  • Operating computer system, such as: Ms. Office, SAP, Outlook
  • Strong knowledge with Refinery & Fractionation
  • Strong knowledge with Material Balance
  • Strong knowledge with edible oil/ properties
  • Fluent in English is a must (Verbal & Written)

3. E & I Superintendent

• Lokasi: Lubuk Gaung, Dumai – Riau
• Kualifikasi:
  • Education min. Bachelor Degree in Instrument, Electric Engineering or any relevant
  • 35-45 years old
  • Having experienced at least 8 years in the same field
  • Good knowledge PID, Electrical Drawing, Electrical Control System, Etc.
  • Good knowledge in PM & Trouble Shooting Electrical Problem
  • Good knowledge in Instrumentation & Calibration & preventive maintenance system
  • Able to use SAP system & understand Budgeting Control
  • Having instrumentation, calibration, electrical control system & maintenance system skills
  • Fluent in English is a must (Verbal & Written)

4. Automotive Section Head

• Lokasi: Lubuk Gaung, Dumai – Riau

• Kualifikasi:

  • Education min. Bachelor Degree Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, or related field
  • Having experience at least 5 Years of working experience in automotive mechanics and with 3 Years in a supervisory/section head position
  • Strong knowledge of truck and heavy vehicle systems, electrical systems, and preventive & corrective maintenance
  • Good knowledge of Fleet Cost Structure
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team of automotive mechanics
  • Familiar with SAP System
  • Good in Administration & Negotiation
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
