Production & Cost Superintendent

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (SI) with more than 5 years of relevant working experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same or a similar position
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve organizational objectives while effectively managing team dynamics
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate production processes, budgeting, and vendor performance, enabling data-driven decision-making
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective and
• efficient solutions olds a valid POP certification
• Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi

Key Roles:

• Ensure all production activities are executed in accordance with the approved mine plan and production schedule developed by the Mine Planning Engineer
• Plan, monitor, and control production cost estimates for each mining contractor
• Ensure the accuracy of invoicing data, including material volumes, hauling distances, billing amounts, fuel backcharges, incentives, penalties, and the preparation of Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Goods Receipts (GR)
• Collect, compile, and analyze weekly and monthly operational data to support the preparation of management reports and performance reviews
• Review and ensure contractors fulfill all contractual obligations, including mining schedule compliance, quality of work, and adherence to mining operational requirements
• Supervise the team in providing daily and real-time production data services through the Fleet Management System (FMS)

Town Management Supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (SI) in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and effectively manage team dynamics
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective and eficient solutions
• Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi

Key Roles:

• Plan, organize, and manage access control for employees, contractors, tenants, and visitors entering and exiting the site
• Plan and oversee all town management systems, equipment, and supporting facilities to ensure they operate effectively and function optimally
• Lead, supervise, and provide guidance to the team responsible for town management operations, ensuring smooth execution and resolving operational issues promptly
• Coordinate with contractors, tenants, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with town management policies, procedures, and regulations
• Evaluate existing systems, equipment, and supporting facilities, and develop improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency

QA HPAL Foreman

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in QA/QC, preferably in HPAL operations
• Knowledge of hydrometallurgy process and QA standards
• Good communication, supervision, and analytical skills
• Willing to work at site in shift system
• Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi

Key Roles:

• Oversee sampling and testing of materials in HPAL process
• Ensure strict implementation of QA/QC procedures
• Monitor and control quality performance in accordance with specifications
• Coordinate with Process, Laboratory, and Operations teams to address issues
• Maintain QA documentation and reporting system
• Train and supervise QA crew assigned to HPAL unit

QA RKEF Foreman

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in QA/QC, preferably in nickel smelter or RKEF process
• Knowledge of mineral/metallurgical testing methods
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Able to work with laboratory instruments and QA systems
• Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi

Key Roles:

• Supervise sampling, testing, and analysis of materials in RKEF operations
• Ensure QA/QC standards are implemented in laboratory and production process
• Monitor product quality against specification and report deviations
• Coordinate with Production and Laboratory teams to resolve quality issues
• Prepare daily and monthly QA reports for RKEF operations
• Provide guidance and training to QA technicians and assistants
