PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (MBMA) adalah perusahaan pertambangan dan industri pengolahan bahan baku baterai kendaraan listrik (EV) yang berbasis di Indonesia. Perusahaan ini merupakan bagian dari grup PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk dan berfokus pada pengembangan rantai nilai industri baterai dari hulu hingga hilir. MBMA memiliki aset strategis berupa tambang nikel, fasilitas pemurnian, serta pabrik pengolahan yang menghasilkan produk seperti Mixed Hydroxide Precipitate (MHP) yang digunakan sebagai bahan baku utama baterai lithium-ion.

Crusher Foreman

Requirements:

• Minimum SMA/SMK, preferred D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in crushing plant operations or maintenance.
• Experience as a Foreman in mining, quarry, or crushing plant operations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of crushing plant operations and maintenance.
• Good understanding of crusher, conveyor, screening, and material handling systems.
• Ability to monitor equipment performance and conduct basic troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of production monitoring and equipment utilization.
• Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Good understanding of LOTO procedures.
• Ability to enforce safety standards and stop unsafe work or operations when necessary.
• Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi
• Willing to work on a 6:2 FIFO roster

Key Roles:

• Monitoring daily operations of crusher, conveyor, and screening systems to achieve production targets.
• Monitoring equipment condition and ensure regular inspections are conducted to maintain equipment reliability.
• Make sure preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize equipment breakdown and downtime.
• Monitor crusher performance, including availability, throughput, material flow, and product size.
• Identify abnormal equipment conditions and ensure timely corrective actions are implemented. Coordinate and supervise Operators, Mechanics, and Maintenance teams in daily operations and maintenance activities.
• Monitor production performance, equipment utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure all activities comply with K3/HSE, LOTO, environmental, and company requirements. Prepare and verify daily production, equipment condition, maintenance, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and HSE teams to resolve operational and equipment related issues.

Fleet Management System Officer

Requirements:

• Minimum D3/SI in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in mining operations, Fleet Management System, Dispatch, Mine Planning, Production, or related roles.
• Experience in open pit mining and heavy equipment operations is highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of mining production processes, fleet management, dispatching, and haulage
• operations. Good understanding of cycle time, productivity, payload, hauling distance, utilization, and effective working hours.

• Familiarity with Fleet Management System, dispatch system, or real-time mining monitoring system is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data
• Proficient in Power BI, SQL, Software FMS, and Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
• Willing to work on a 6:2 FIFO roster.

Key Roles:

• Monitor and support the implementation of Fleet Management System (FMS) in mining operations.
• Monitor dispatching activities from the Central Control Room and ensure FMS operations run effectively.
• Monitor FMS data and reports to ensure real-time data accuracy and alignment with actual field conditions.
• Analyze fleet performance data to support improvement of hauler & loader productivity, cycle time,
• effective working hours, and loss time reduction. Monitor actual hauling distance, truck count, payload, and other operational parameters through FMS.
• Coordinate with Mine Operations, Survey, Production Geology, Mine Planning, IT, and FMS vendors regarding operational and technical requirements.
• Identify technical or operational issues related to FMS and coordinate with relevant teams/vendors for resolution.
• Support operational teams by providing data-driven recommendations to improve fleet efficiency and mining productivity
