Workforce Management Officer
Job Descriptions
- Maintain and update Personnel On Board (POB) data, attendance records, shift schedules, and workforce rotations
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly manpower reports and monitor actual headcount against manpower plans
- Coordinate personnel mobilization, demobilization, and crew change schedules
- Maintain updated rotation rosters and coordinate upcoming crew changes with relevant teams
- Coordinate with Transportation, Accommodation, Security, HSE, and Site Teams regarding personnel movement and site access
- Maintain employee documentation, including contracts, medical certificates, permits, training records, and certifications
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave, BPJS, and payroll attendance administration
- Support workforce compliance, audits, and personnel administration activities
- Coordinate with local stakeholders and support local/OAP hiring activities as required
- Provide workforce status updates and manpower forecasts to Site Management and HR
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR Administration, Workforce
- Management/Planning, or related roles
- Experience working in project or remote site environments; Oil & Gas experience is preferred
- Experience handling Personnel On Board (POВ), crew rotation, mobilization/demobilization, or workforce scheduling is highly desirable
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and workforce/HR database management
- Strong organizational, analytical, and data management skills with high attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills across multiple departments
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; English
- proficiency is an advantage
- Willing to work in West Papua and remote site conditions
QC Inspector Mechanical (Rotating & Static)
Job Descriptions
- Inspect rotating and static mechanical equipment to verify dimensional accuracy, material quality, installation, and workmanship
- Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and applicable codes and standards
- Conduct inspections related to cutting, fit-up, welding, NDT, testing, and installation of mechanical equipment
- Inspect mechanical components such as bearings, seals, couplings, and other related components
- Monitor functional and performance testing of mechanical equipment
- Inspect piping and tubing to verify correct installation and testing
- Identify, document, and report defects, deviations, and non-conformities
- Inspect surface preparation and painting application in accordance with project requirements
- Review and maintain QA/QC inspection records, reports, and certification documents
- Support Lead QA/QC in controlling Contractor/Vendor quality activities and implementation of project quality documentation
- Coordinate quality activities with Engineering, Construction, Fabrication, Installation, and Commissioning teams
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of inspection experience in EPC and/or equivalent facilities/projects, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry
- Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, and construction within the Oil & Gas industry
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English CSWIP 3.1 certification is require
- ΑΡΙ 610/611/612 certification, ASNT Level II (RT, MT, PT, UT), or equivalent certification is preferre
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and familiarity with international standards, codes, and regulations.
- Good knowledge of mechanical rotating and static equipment inspection
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work in Teluk Bintuni, West Papua on a rotational/site-based schedule
