• Tech-savvy and familiar with mapping techniques

Job Descriptions:

• Understand end-to-end activities performed for the assigned client
• Identify geographic locations and map Points of Interest
• (POIs)/Landmarks from web search or imagery
• Capture and validate POI names and details based on provided reference sources
• Process POI edits and reviews.according to client scope
• Understand performance metrics used in the process (e.g., SLA, OLA, KPI) and how they are measured
• Escalate issues and seek guidance when encountering complex problems
• Fast learner with good adaptability

GeoTech Analyst

• Support the global operations team to enhance overall navigation and user experience.
