We Are Looking For

DPA & MARINE SUPERINTENDENT

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma IV (D4) from a Maritime Academy
• [Nautical/Merchant Marine)
• Holding ANT II certification (mandatory)
• Holding DPA Ceritification
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Superintendent in Shipyard or Shipping Industry, preferably handling tanker vessels
• Experienced in tanker vessel operations is a must
• Proficient in Planned Maintenance System (PMS) and ship
• management software with hands-on experience in conducting vessel inspections
• Strong understanding of tanker vessel operations, machinery, and applicable maritime regulations (ISM, ISPS, SOLAS, MARPOL)
• Familiar with DPA functions and ISM Code implementation will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English (both written and spokenl
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to be placed at Head Office South Jakarta and able to join immediately

Job Description

• Supervise vessel operations to ensure compliance with company policies and international maritime regulationa
• Ensure safety, operational efficiency, and environmental compliance across asigned vessels
• Act as a point of contact ashore in supporting the implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS) in line with DPA function
• Montar and follow up on safety-related matters, including reporting, non conformities, and corrective actions
• Conduct vessel audits, routine inspections and investigations of incidents/accidents
• Coordinate closely with the Master, Chief Officer, and relevant departments regarding vessel operations and safety matters
• Ensure vessels are prepared for internal and external audits (flag stale, class, and client inspectional
• Prepare periodic reports on vessel operations, safety performance, and regulatory compliance
