PT Gorontalo Mine (GM) adalah perusahaan pertambangan mineral tembaga dan emas yang beroperasi di Kabupaten Bone Bolango, Provinsi Gorontalo, Indonesia. Perusahaan ini bergerak dalam kegiatan eksplorasi dan persiapan produksi tambang sebelum memasuki fase operasi komersial penuh. Kegiatan Usaha dan Lokasi Tambang GM memiliki hak Kontrak Karya (Contract of Work/CoW) atas area konsesi seluas 24,995 hektar di Bone Bolango.

Perusahaan menargetkan kegiatan eksplorasi dan persiapan produksi utama mineral tembaga (Cu) dan emas (Au) di beberapa zona seperti Sungai Mak, Cabang Kiri, Kayu Bulan, dan Motomboto. Berdasarkan standar laporan JORC (Joint Ore Reserves Committee), sumber daya bijih yang diperkirakan mencapai sekitar 392 juta ton, dengan kandungan tembaga dan emas yang menjanjikan.

Perusahaan menargetkan memulai produksi mineral pada tahun 2026, setelah menyelesaikan tahapan eksplorasi, pembangunan fasilitas, dan perizinan lanjutan. PT Gorontalo Minerals (GM) adalah perusahaan pertambangan tembaga dan emas yang beroperasi di Gorontalo dengan dukungan modal dari Bumi Resources Minerals dan Antam. Perusahaan fokus pada eksplorasi dan persiapan produksi, dengan izin produksi hingga 2052. Meskipun memiliki potensi sumber daya besar, GM juga menghadapi tantangan hukum, sosial, dan lingkungan yang perlu diselesaikan seiring dengan persiapan operasionalnya.

Project Geologist

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of exploration experience.
• Experience working with various types of mineral deposits (Porphyry, Skarn, Epithermal, etc.).
• Skilled in geological mapping, core logging, and geological modeling, as well as assessing additional deposit potential (Upside Potential) within a prospect.
• Able to provide exploration targets (Oz/Ton).
• Strong understanding of QAQC in geological mapping and drilling activities.
• Proficient in geological software, such as Micromine, ArcGIS, Leapfrog, and others.
• Shows strong leadership capability and the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to supervise all exploration activities.
• Proficient in both spoken and written Indonesian and English, especially for reporting and presentations.

Officer Reporting & Document Control

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in document control, reporting, administration, or project support, preferably in mining or construction industries.
• Familiar with document control processes, document numbering, filing systems, and document distribution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP, SharePoint or other document management systems is an advantage.
• Good analytical and reporting skills with strong attention to detail.
• Able to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
• Able to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Officer Procurement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in mining company.
• Experience in sourcing suppliers, preparing purchase orders, and handling price negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor selection, and material specifications.
• Ability to prepare RFQs, evaluate quotations, and compare vendor proposals.
• Familiar with purchasing documentation, contract terms, and basic import/local regulation compliance.
• Proficiency with ERP or procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong analytical ability for monitoring price trends, lead times, and supplier performance.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and dynamic operational demands.

Officer Logistic

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, transportation, fuel management, or supply chain, preferably in the mining or construction industry.
• Good understanding of logistics operations, inventory control, material receiving, storage, and distribution processes.
• Familiar with ERP systems (SAP is preferred) and inventory management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
