MANDARIN TRANSLATOR
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Language Studies, Translation, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of working experiences in the same role
- Experienced in Manufacturing Industry is preferable
- Fluency in Mandarin and English languages both written and spoken
- Experience in translation and interpretation
- Attention to detail and accuracy in translation
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in using translation software and tools is a plus
- Having experience as Secretary Director will be advantage
PURCHASING SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct negotiations, and secure advantageous agreements. Continuously assess market conditions and trends to optimize procurement strategies.
2. Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations. Address and resolve supplier-related issues effectively.
3. Cast Control: Develop and implement cost saving initiatives without compromising product quality or supplier relationships. Seek out opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.
4. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure products meet established quality standards. Oversee quality control processes within the procurement cycle.
5. Contract Management: Draft and manage supplier contracts, ensuring they are compliant, up-to-date, and meet the organization’s needs. Monitor contract performance and enforce terms when necessary.
6. Compliance: Ensure procurement activities align with legal and ethical standards. Monitor and adhere to relevant regulations and industry best practices.
