OPERATOR

Job Description

• Mepersiapkan area line sebelum dijalankan
• Mengoperasikan mesin sesuai dengan SOP
• Melaporkan target harian kepada section head
• Memastikan target harian dan bulanan tercapai
• Melaporkan permasalahan di area ke section head

Job Requirements

• Memiliki pengalaman sebagai operator produksi di bidang farmasi
• Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK
• Memahami Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
• Pekerja keras, disiplin serta berkelakuan baik
• Memiliki pemahaman terkait proses efisiensi dan kualitas produk di bagian produksi

INSPECTOR

Job Description

• Prepare Line Clearance Inspection area before running.
• Conduct inspection process of soft capsule in inspection area
• Report daily achievement to section head
• To ensure daily and monthly targets for theinspection process are achieved.

Job Requirements

• Min. high school, vocational school, D3 or equivalent graduates are
• preferred Experience working in the Production area, especially the
• Pharmaceutical Industry, for at least 1 year Good knowledge of CPOB, SJH, CPKB, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000
• Have knowledge of production machines, honest, assertive in attitude/communication, able to work in team, and have the will to progress.

BOILER OPERATOR

Job Description

• Handling preventive maintenance and corrective repair of Boiler machineries and other utilities
• Handling operational support and troubleshooting of HVAC system
• Performing Kaizen/continuous improvement

Job Requirements

• Preferable Diploma or Equivalent in Engineering
• Preferable have SIO Boiler (Surat Izin Operator)
• Has knowledge Of Boiler, AC PWS and HVAC
• Has knowledge of CPOB and CPKB
• Experience at least 1 year
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Willing to work with 4 group / 3 shift
• Work location at Gunung Putri, Bogor

ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN

Job Description

• Conducting preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of building, plant facility, electric panels & distribution system.
• Supporting maintenance team for troubleshooting of production equipment electrical issues.
• Coordinating execution of work order for maintenance of building, facility and electrical distribution system.
• Performing Kaizen/continuous improvement related to building and electrical system.

Job Requirements

• Preferably D3, STM, or equivalent graduates.Experience working in engineering, especially in the pharmaceutical industry, at least 2 (two) years.
• Have basic knowledge of electrical engineering and building maintenance.
• Have relevant experience and skill on maintenance practice of electrical distribution system, building facility and preferably in electrical control of production and utility equipment.
• Have an honest nature, assertive in attitude and communication, willingness to progress, and work together in a team.
• Have attended training in relation to the tasks to be performed

 

SUPPLIER QUALITY STAFF

Job Description

• Third-party audits (Finished Product Manufacturer, Raw Material Manufacturer, Packaging Material Manufacturer, Finished Product Distributor, Raw Material Distributor, Packaging Material Distributor, External Laboratory and Sterilization Services) audit planning, execution, reporting, and CAPA follow-up.
• Quality Agrement: coordination with third parties to complete, review, circulate, and approve Quality Agreements with related departments.
• Third-Party Qualification (Finished Product Manufacturer, Raw Material Manufacturer, Packaging Material Manufacturer, Finished Product Distributor, Raw Material Distributor, Packaging Material Distributor, External Laboratory and Sterilization Services) review and approval of Quality documents and qualification requirements.
• Third-Party Evaluation: Cevaluation of third-party performance based on Quality, Delivery, Material Type, Purchasing, GMP Certificate, GMP/GDP Questionnaire, and Audit.
• Third-party Complaints: review of CAPA provided by third parties and CAPA implementation results.

Job Requirements

• Apothecary graduate
• Fresh graduate or experienced (minimum 1 year).
• Knowledge of QA, GMP, relevant ISO standards, and Halal Product Assurance System.
• Good English communication skills.
