REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum education requirement: Bachelor’s degree (S1).
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role,
- Preferably as a Customer Service Representative in the banking industry.
- Diligent, honest, and responsible in performing duties.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a high level of work motivation.
- Able to work effectively in a team, under pressure, and with tight reporting deadlines.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Possess strong computer skills, specifically proficiency in Microsoft Office.
IT Core Banking System
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge and skills in RPG (RPG IV, ILE RPG), CL, and the AS400/IBM iSeries environment.
- Strong understanding of banking modules, including at least: CASA, GL & accounting, credit, collateral, billing, and payments.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in AS/400 Core Banking
- platforms such as Finastra Equation, Silverlake SIBS, Sigma AlphaBits, and similar.
- Experienced in API Development: RESTful/SOAP APIS, microservices, and middleware integration.
Senior Relationship Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum education requirement: bachelor’s degree (SI).
- Having experience within marketing area in Banking Industry for corporate/commercial lending more than 5 years.
- Business target oriented and having wide networking.
- Good knowledge regarding Banking Business and Credit.
- Good comprehension in analyzing financial reports, understand about banking law and good negotiation skills.
- Fluent in english (speaking & writing).
- Good communication & highly motivated.
