- Operational Assistance: Participate in the daily operations of various departments such as marketing, sales, human resources, and finance to gain a comprehensive understanding of business processes;
- Project Oversight: Participate in planning and executing projects, overseeing timelines and budgets, and ensuring compliance with quality standards;
- Data Analysis: Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, compile reports, and assist in strategic decision-making;
- Stakeholder Interaction: Coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure that all parties are adequately informed and effectively engaged;
- Improvement Initiatives: Propose and implement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of internal operations based on observations and analyses during the training period;
- Technology Learning and Adaptation: Quickly learn and adapt to the latest technologies used in company operations to enhance productivity and communication.
- Bachelor or master degree from any major
- Passionate in bringing hospitality through aviation and tourism services
- Possessing strategic thinking proven through high academic or work performance achievement
- Demonstrating leadership to manage various stakeholders in leading change and collaborative strategic initiatives
- Able to join us immediately on 1st of October 2024
