COLLECTION SUPERVISOR

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, credit control, or finance operations, preferably in the insurance, reinsurance, or brokerage industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance/reinsurance business processes, premium settlement, and receivables management.
• Experience in handling overdue accounts and negotiating payment arrangements professionally.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

ACCOUNTING STAFF

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience (insurance/reinsurance preferred)
• Strong understanding of premium and claim accounting in a reinsurance environment
• Proficient in preparing, reviewing, and posting general ledger journal entries, as well as performing account reconciliations
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of OJK and insurance regulatory requirements
• Detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and the ability to meet reporting deadlines

SECRETARY

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Studies
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Secretary
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, professional, and well-presented
• English proficiency is an advantage

JUNIOR PLACEMENT (REINSURANCE)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Management, Accounting, or a related field
