Job Description

• Conduct quality inspection and testing for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Analyze quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
• Review and maintain quality documentation, test records, and reports.
• Support product development, laboratory testing, and evaluation activities. Coordinate with Production, Technical, and related departments regarding quality matters.
• Assist in handling customer complaints and quality investigations.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System and safety regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh Graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Laboratory.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiar with laboratory testing and quality documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are preferred.
