Perusahaan menjalankan beberapa kegiatan utama, seperti: Eksplorasi untuk menemukan cadangan batu bara. Perencanaan dan pengembangan area tambang. Operasi penambangan menggunakan metode tambang terbuka (open pit mining). Pengangkutan batu bara dari lokasi tambang ke pelabuhan atau fasilitas penyimpanan.Pengelolaan kualitas batu bara sesuai kebutuhan pelanggan. Penerapan standar keselamatan kerja dan pengelolaan lingkungan.

Produk utama perusahaan adalah:Batu bara untuk pembangkit listrik (PLTU). Batu bara untuk industri semen. Batu bara untuk industri manufaktur dan pengolahan logam. Batu bara ekspor, sesuai spesifikasi yang diminta pelanggan. Perusahaan pertambangan umumnya menekankan: Keselamatan kerja sebagai prioritas utama (Safety First). Engineering

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Mining, Industrial, or related field)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in mining construction, infrastructure, or project engineering
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, technical drawings, and specifications
• Able to read and interpret drawings (AutoCAD/technical plans)
• Basic knowledge of project management (planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting)
• Familiar with field operations, safety standards (HSE), and risk assessment practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Project is a plus)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to dynamic project conditions
• Willing to work on-site (remote/project areas)

Project Coordinator Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Mining, Industrial, or related field) Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, engineering, or construction projects
• Strong understanding of project management principles (planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting)
• Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (internal teams, contractors, and clients)
• Proficient in preparing project documentation, reports, and progress tracking
• Familiar with project scheduling tools (MS Project or similar) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines
• Familiar with HSE standards and site safety practices
• Willing to work on-site and be assigned to project locations as required

Project Coordinator

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any relevant field (Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related)
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or related roles Strong understanding of project coordination, scheduling, and reporting processes
• Able to support project planning, documentation, and progress tracking Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willing to be assigned to project locations if required

Environment Health & Safety (EHS)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE/EHS roles, preferably in construction, mining, or industrial projects
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations, procedures, and compliance standard
• Familiar with risk assessment, hazard identification (HIRA/JSA), and incident investigation
• Able to develop and implement safety programs, SOPs, and toolbox meetings
• Knowledge of environmental management and waste handling practices
• Certified in HSE (e.g., AK3 Umum or equivalent certification is an advantage)
• Good communication and training skills to promote safety awareness
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to enforce safety standards on-site
• Willing to work on-site and be assigned to project locations

Planner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, Mining) or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project planning/scheduling, preferably in construction, mining, or
• industrial projects Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and progress control
• Proficient in project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6 is an advantage)
• Able to develop project timelines, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource planning
• Experienced in monitoring project progress, analyzing delays, and preparing reports
• Familiar with project cost control and basic project management principles Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data analysis and reporting)
• Good communication and coordination skills with project teams
• Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willing to be assigned to project locations
