Investor Relations

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree with major Finance, Accounting, Economics, Communications, or Business Management
• Have minimum 3-5 years working experience as Investor Relations, Investment Banker, Sell-side Analyst, Buy-side Analyst
• Proficient skills in financial acumen such as financial statements, valuation metrics, and modeling tools.
• Proficient skills in public speaking, writing, and presentation skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Officer, especially PowerPoint and Exce
• Proficient skill in English, both verbal and written
• Day trader or passionate in stock trading is an advantage

Job Description

• Managing financial communications and stakeholder engagement by preparing earnings reports, annual presentations, and public disclosures in strict compliance with legal standards, also building relationships with analysts and investors, coordinating major events like roadshows and shareholder meetings, and gathering market intelligence to brief executives on trading trends, competitor data, and industry sentiment

Finance AP Payment Officer

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree with major in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or related major
• Have minimum 1-2 years working experience as Finance Officer (Account Payable)
• Fresh Graduate with internship experiences in Finance are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Ms. Excel
• Familiar and skillful in financial journalling or reporting is a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, consistent, disciplined, team-oriented, and communicative
• Should be join as soon as possible

Job Description

• Responsible for checking invoices and receipts form vendor, recording it into ERP system, conduct payment with bank, processing monthly advance settlements, reconciling outstanding AP with vendors, manage its documentation and reporting in system

Finance AP Invoice Officer

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree with major in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or related major
• Have minimum 1-2 years working experience as Finance Officer (Account Payable)
• Fresh Graduate with internship experiences in Finance are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Ms. Excel

Job Description

Finance Collection Officer (AR)

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with major in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Management, or related major
• Fresh Graduate with internship experiences in Collection role are welcome to apply
• Have at least 1 year of experiences working in Collection role are preferabl
• Communicative, persuasive, able to negotiate, disciplined, consistent, and detail-oriented
• Able to speak and write fluently in English is a plus

Job Description

• Responsible for creating and sending invoices along with supporting documents (softcopy and hardcopy) to customers, monitoring and collecting unbilled and outstanding AR, preparing AR outstanding and collection reports, and managing related documentation and reporting
