MERCHANDISER SENIOR OFFICER -KIDS

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Buyer or Merchandiser in retail industry (experience in Kids/Children products is highly preferred)
• Proven experience in supplier negotiation and commercial terms management
• Strong analytical skills with solid understanding of margin calculation, pricing strategy, and sales performance analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data analysis and reporting) and Power Point (presentation
• development and delivery)
• Commercially driven, target-oriented, and able to work in fast paced environment
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills

MERCHANDISER SENIOR OFFICER -MENSWEAR

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major
• At least 4 years of proven experience as a Merchandiser specializing in Men’s Fashion/Apparel
• Prior experience in fashion retail, preferably within specialty stores
• Strong merchandising acumen with a focus on product development
• Expertise in managing inventory, product allocation, and pricing strategies
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders
• Quick leamer with a flexible and open mindset Fluent in both spoken and written English

MERCHANDISER SENIOR OFFICER -STATIONERY

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in retail buying/merchandising (Stationery/FMCG/General Merchandise preferred).
• Strong negotiation and supplier handling experience.
• Good analytical and commercial mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data analysis and reporting) and Power Point (presentation development and delivery).
• Commercially driven, target-oriented, and able to work in fast paced environment.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

MERCHANDISER SENIOR OFFICER -IMPORT GROCERY

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree from any major
• Min. of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably merchandiser in the food sector especially import products
• Have a good product knowledge and interest of import products
• Ability to manage inventory, analyze data, pricing management and product development Strong communication and negotiation skill, detail oriented and highly organized
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly
• Fluent to speak, read, and write English and/or Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willing to be placed at AEON BSD – Tangerang
