Junior PV Engineer 

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineer field.
• Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Proven work experience in the design and implementation of PV solar power systems.
• In-depth knowledge of solar technology and related simulation software.
• Strong analytical skills and project management capabilities.
• Commitment to the development of renewable and sustainable energy.

Job Responsibilities

• Designing and developing photovoltaic (PV) solar power systems.
• Conducting technical analysis for solar energy projects, including site assessment, planning, and system design.
• Managing the installation, testing, and maintenance of PV systems.
• Analyzing PV system performance data and identifying areas for efficiency improvements.
• Collaborating with teams to integrate PV solutions into larger energy projects.

 

Project Manager

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in solar PV/renewable energy.
• Strong understanding of solar PV project development and implementation.
• Proficient in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee solar PV and energy consulting projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project requirements.
• Identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and progress updates for management and clients.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed specifications.

 

Proposal Engineer

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in proposal, engineering, or renewable energy projects.
• Good understanding of Solar PV systems, electrical systems, and energy solutions.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD/PVsyst is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work with deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for energy and Solar PV projects.
• Review project requirements, tender documents, and client specifications.
• Develop system concepts, technical calculations, and preliminary Solar PV designs.
• Prepare BOQ, cost estimation, and project pricing.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and business development teams.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide technical clarification during the tender process.
• Support presentations and negotiations with clients to ensure proposals meet project requirements.

Project Engineer

Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in the electrical field (consulting, construction, or industrial sector).
• Familiar with national (SNI) and international (IEC) electrical standards.
• Proficient in technical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, Digsilent).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Preferably holds an Electrical Safety (K3) Certificate or equivalent.

Key Responsibilitie

• Design electrical systems according to the technical specifications of the project, particularly power systems for solar power plants and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
• Create technical drawings and electrical documentation (e.g., SLD, wiring diagrams).
• Supervise the installation, inspection, and testing of electrical systems.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable safety standards and regulations.
• Analyze issues and perform troubleshooting and repairs on electrical systems.
• Designing the electrical system and preparing the Bill of Quantity in accordance with the project’s technical specifications.
• Coordinating with the engineering team to ensure project deliverables are completed in accordance with project requirements.
• Lead and manage projects from conception through to completion.
