ICT OFFICER – SERVER ADMINISTRATOR

ICT Officer (Server Admin) is responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of Muara Maritime Services (MMS)’s backend computer servers, ensuring they run efficiently and securely. This includes tasks like installing and configuring hardware and software, managing user accounts, monitoring performance, and implementing security measures. Ensure compliance to regulatory and authorized standards for overall operation is monitored.

ICT TECHNICIAN

ICT Technician provides ICT related support for Muara Maritime Services (MMS) including purchase, repair and setup of ICT equipment and deployments. Provides technical support and assistance to all users within Muara Maritime Services Including guest, visitors and business partners. Ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and support for networks and security systems.

ASSISTANT ENGINEER (SAIL-MAKING)

Perform sailmaking ie. production of canvas covers, eye splice and flag ropes for all RBN vessels as primary duty. Produce quality and maximum efficiency in work done by adapting correct techniques and usage of tools and equipment.

ADMIN ASSISTANT ENGINEER

The role of the Admin and Lean Assistant Engineer is divided into an admin support part and a lean support part for the Workshop Division which consists of 14 workshops with approx. 165 employees.

The admin support task consists mainly of the coordination of the demand for consumables for the workshops of the division via ERP-System. The lean support consists mainly of the coordination of the demand for vehicles and other internal services for workshops of the division via online booking system (Comparable with MS-Outlook). Another lean support task involves entering, monitoring and analyzing data from the shop floor management dashboard (Excel database with Power BI visualization).
