Social Media Intern

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist in planning and executing social media content across Instagram.
• Help create, edit, and schedule engaging content.
• Monitor social media trends and contribute fresh content ideas.
• Support the marketing team in executing social media campaigns.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and beauty industry insights.

What We’ll Looking For:

• Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Familiar with Instagram and current social media trends.
• Basic knowledge of content editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, VN, or similar applications.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.

Content Creator Intern

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Assist in creating engaging content for social media.
• Develop creative content ideas to the target audience and company branding.
• Support content production (photos, videos, simple designs).
• Research social media trends to improve engagement.
• Assist the marketing team in marketing campaigns.

What We’ll Looking For:

• Female active university student or recent graduate.
• Creative and updated with social media trends (Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.).
• Familiar with basic editing tools (Canva, VN, etc.)
• Able to work in a team and meet deadlines.

KOL Intern

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Assist the team in searching and scouting potential influencers and content creators that perfectly match the LashBoss vibe.
• Learn how to communicate and maintain good relationships with KOLs, from initial outreach to follow-ups.
• Stay updated on the latest viral trends on Tik Tok and Instagram to provide fresh ideas for collaborations.
• Assist in compiling and reporting the performance results of KOL content for team evaluation.

What We’ll Looking For :

• Final-year students or fresh graduates (any major is welcome, but Communications or Marketing is a plus).
• Confident and professional communication style.
• Interested in beauty and influencer marketing trends
• Able to manage tasks efficiently and pay close attention to details (especially when handling KOL lists!).

KOL & Affiliate

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Develop and execute KOL and affiliate marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with KOLS, influencers, content creators, and affiliate partners.
• Plan and execute influencer and affiliate campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign and affiliate performance based on key metrics and insights.
• Coordinate marketing materials and ensure all KOL and affiliate collaborations align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

What We’ll Looking For :

• Previous experience (internship or entry-level position) in marketing, preferably with exposure to affiliate marketing, influencer management, or community engagement.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and affiliate marketing strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with influencers, partners, and the community.
• Passion for the beauty industry and a keen interest in emerging trends
• Proactive attitude, ability to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
