CaaS Project and Operation Head

(Full-time)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HVAC construction and maintenance, especially with chiller and VRF systems.
• Good knowledge of HVAC standards, testing & commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, HSE, and project documentation.
• Able to prepare SOPs, engineering standards, scopes of work, tender documents, technical evaluations, and project reports.
• Able to read technical drawings, single-line diagrams, P&IDs, equipment datasheets, and HVAC/MEP documents.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, proactive, hands-on, problem-solving, and willing to travel for site visits.

Job Description:

• Build and lead the Project Engineering and Asset Management functions.
• Develop team structures, SOPS, engineering standards, technical governance, and documentation systems.
• Lead EPC and O&M contractor tenders, including scope definition, vendor evaluation, and quality control.
• Oversee cooling system construction to ensure compliance with design, quality, cost, schedule, HSE, and environmental requirements through commissioning and COD.
• Lead post-COD asset management, including performance monitoring, O&M, energy performance reviews, troubleshooting, warranty management, insurance, permits, and environmental compliance.

Sales HVAC / Cooling

Qualifications:

• Min. 1 year experience in HVAC/MEP or cooling solutions (chiller/VRF; building/industrial) and/or related sales engineering.
• Strong interest in clean energy, sustainability, and improving cooling performance.
• Strong client-facing skills (communication, negotiation, stakeholder management); English is a plus.
• Agile, proactive, ownership-driven; comfortable in a startup environment; willing to travel across Indonesia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Engineering Physics/Energy/HVAC (or equivalent experience).

Job Description:

• Engage prospects to understand needs, qualify opportunities, and align stakeholders.
• Conduct site surveys; collect and analyze operational data.
• Develop and present CaaS with clear selling value.
• Coordinate and negotiate with partners and clients.
• Contribute to business and system development.

Civil Structure Site Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (structural focus preferred).
• Understanding of structural. analysis (wind load, additional load, strengthening needs).
• Has experience in QS (Quantity Surveyor, QA (Quality Assurance) and QC (Quality Control) of Steel Structure and Building Foundation
• Willing to work on site during structure construction
• Strong attention to detail, good communication, and able to create daily report
• Can read Detail Engineering Design (DED)
• Fresh Graduate are welcome

Job Description:

• Oversees the construction scope and all activities at the project site and ensures that work is done safely, on time, within budget and according to standards.
• Coordinate and supervise construction activities of EPC contractors, subcontractors, and engineers on assigned project.
• Monitors and reports on construction productivity and schedule performance to the management.
• Do routine inspection, create report, and ensure all construction are according to standard.
• Manage project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, drawing, and other relevant document.

Sales Engineer Solar PV

Qualifications:

• Final-year student or fresh graduate (preferably from an engineering major)
• Has a strong interest in renewable energy
• Detail-oriented, accurate with data, good at problem-solving, and has strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
• Experience using Helioscope or PVSyst is a plus

Job Description:

• Support the team in conducting site surveys and creating the reports
• Assist the sales engineering team in designing initial solar system layouts using tools like Helioscope or PVSyst
• Help prepare commercial offers, bill of materials (BOM), and pricing estimates
• Support in identifying and mapping potential markets
• Help manage and update the prospective client database
• Assist in creating presentation decks, proposal slides, and marketing materials

Business Analyst

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Law
• Knowledge or experience in the renewable energy industry is an advantage (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome).
• Good interpersonal skills and eager to learn.
• Self driven, and ability to work under pressure in dynamic environment.

Job Description:

• Conduct customer profiling, due diligence, and internal credit assessments to evaluate overall customer risk profiles.
• Perform financial modeling and sensitivity analysis on potential projects
• Plan financing schemes, prepare investment memorandums, and support in negotiating with banks or shareholders on project financing arrangements.
• Review and analyze draft agreements, providing commercial considerations for both internal and external parties.
