LOGISTIK PROJECT

Role Focus: Responsible for planning, executing, and supervising all project logistics activities, including shipment, receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment for WWTP/WTP projects. Ensures all goods are delivered safely, on time, and in a cost-efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project logistics plans and delivery schedules from vendor to project site.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and site teams to ensure smooth delivery flow.
• Prepare and verify all shipping documents (packing list, invoice, delivery order, BAST, and customs paperwork for import items).
• Ensure transportation activities (land, sea, air) are executed on schedule and comply with safety standards.
• Track and monitor shipment progress and provide regular delivery status updates.
• Manage and supervise material storage and warehouse operations at the project site (FIFO, stock control).
• Inspect incoming goods to ensure quantity and quality match purchase orders and technical specifications.
• Liaise with transport vendors, forwarding agents, and port authorities as needed.
• Handle claims for damaged or missing goods during shipment or handling.
• Manage logistics and transportation costs in line with approved budgets.
• Prepare and submit logistics reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with logistics SOP, HSE, and 5S practices at all times.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Logistics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in project logistics (preferably in construction or manufacturing).
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management and logistics operations.
• Familiar with domestic and international (import/export) shipping procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Possession of SIM A/B1 (driver’s license) is an advantage.

• Willing to be placed at WWTP/WTP project Prochiz Bandung.
